I'm just happy, because it means they might show more Rockets Basketball in Australia. And it might be easier to buy Rockets Merchandise as well.

Are any of the Rockets NOT sponsored by Jordan brand or Nike? I wouldn't mind getting new shoes, but I refuse to wear either of those brands. Reebok, Converse, Adidas are fine though.

This is true. Just about every board here on RealGM has a topic about Harden. Harden has taken the league by storm and piqued the interest of those who said that his efficiency stats were overrated because he played with 2 other stars or against bench players and those who have been saying that Harden was a true star, but was sacrificing his game for the team. There are lots of people on both sides of the fence waiting to say their "I told you so" and a surge of fans pissed off at their GMs for not jumping in and making the Thunder a better offer than what the Rockets put together.

I mean Lebron was reading Harden's stat line to Wade after they lost to the Knicks last night. Crazy...

Big Baby is playing on a team where the front offense got lampooned on the Dwight deal, where as our front office is pretty good at generating buzz. We are also in a much larger media market. He'll get his eventually if they win a few more games, especially if Arron Affalo plays to his billing. To be fair, most players who are out of shape and move a touch slower generally flush out of the league pretty quickly, especially since the league has gotten faster and smaller. Those who perform well are generally the exception rather than the rule, and it has been a few years since we've had a good plus size ball player, so journalists are in wait and see mode.

I do like Davis's game though, even if he's picked up some KG habits along his tenure with the celtics. He's offensively gifted with some pretty nimble foot work. If he gets in better shape, he could be better than Pekovic.
