Iono if it was just me but this week in all of my leagues felt veeerry flukey. Things will normalize with all the players soon but we had mediocre players being beast and good players getting loads of TOs and misses for my teams

lowry and harden werent even that high of picks in our league. not in a 16 man league, but its feasible to get in a 12 man league.

but like... nobody took harden in the first round. he was a late/mid second round pick it seemed mostly.

iunno i got harden, kyrie, george and horford in my other 12 man league.

he was pre-ranked 17th(?) but dropped to 20th in our league, which was already surprising. in a 12 man league he'd have to have dropped to 24th since i'd assume the guy had the 1st pick for lebron. if harden dropped to 24th, ouch. i'm assuming the guy traded for him if its a 12 man league.

When he was drafted he was a bench player, and the 3rd option on the floor almost all the time he was on the floor. I thought about drafting him but... only one good season under his belt... I always defended him on the gb, particularly because he was already treated as a superstar by the refs (and this is very important in this league) but I think #20 was about right for him. If I knew he'd go to an ~8th seed team to be the man and playing on a speedy tempo and having the green light to shoot then I would pick him with my #10 pick.

Altho, I have to say that when I was looking at the mock drafts it surprised me how few really 'great' players --- in somewhat their respective primes --- are in the league right now. Not sure why but I always imagined there were a lot more, maybe because of the "superteams" you end up overrating some players by agglutinating great players with good players and then calling that union a "BIG X".

So with that said I could see him getting drafted earlier.

(obviously not considering Jennings got drafted so early lol)
