HOU gets Gortat(7,258,960) & J.Richardson (5,799,625) total 13,058,585
PHX gets Wilson Chandler(5,930,414) & C.Brewer(3,243,000) total 9,173,414
Money barely works under 1.5 rule. Houston is also under the cap. PHX is under the tax

NOTE TO ALL GMs: The CBA Rule (1.5 or 1.25) applies to the salary after the deal is made. This did work here as the Lux Tax Team was taking back $4M less than HOU - whose cap space went to $54M after the deal.
This deal does work under the CBA. Once PHX is cleared on Trade 14 issue, Trade #16 will be approved and you can update rosters and continue trading. BlackIce will have to approve Trade 14.

Blazer accept.
Neither Robinson or Leonard are franchise players. Heck, Leonard only was drafted as early as he was because he's seven feet tall.
Milwaukee accepts. We have a nice young core of Jennings/Beal/Barnes/Robinson/Leonard. They wont win much right now, but in a few years, look out.

We didn't want to part ways with Parker, but bness couldn't take no for an answer.
Jester's Accept.
Why?
First off, Karmaloop you the man!
Second, Parker (amnestied) now becomes on of the most valuable players in the game. He is the most underrated PG in the league and one of the best. Him and Kobe are going to eat other teams backcourts alive. He is a superb defender, and can get in the lane and score at anytime. He has the championship pedigree that we want, as well as the winning mentality. Parker / Kobe / Deng / Dirk are easily the best 1 - 4 in the league, now we just need a center. Good thing I kept Rubio in the trade ; ).

Blockbuster! Wade dons a Kings jersey! DMC joins Dragic in the desert!
Phoenix Sends

Marcus Morris - $1,905,360
Sebastian Telfair $1,567,500
Jermaine O'Neal - $854,389

DaMarcus Cousins - $3.880.800
Francisco Garcia - $6,100,000
Thabo Sefolosha - $3,600,000
Aaron Brooks - $3,250,000
Jared Jeffries - $1,475,106
Total - $18,305,906
Phoenix accepts. This was a tough trade to make, but various forms of it had been discussed since day 1 and when DMC was finally on the table, we had to bite. We have managed to bring together some serious talent on amazing contracts.
Our core of Dragic/DMC is one of the best young 1/2 punches in the league. We love it.
Great dealing SAC.
top 5 player in dwade...yes please, esp for a contender like mine. rose/wade/taj/lma is lookin pretty!
