Should Bryan Colangelo be Fired

Post#1 » by Black Milk » Thu Nov 8, 2012 2:21 am

He's made bad moves repeatedly the latest being the Fields acquisition. He's held on to his golden boy and coddled him where on any other team he'd been gone now. We've not been in the playoffs since the 2006 season!
Who thinks we should stay the course with him or is it time for a change.

If it finally gets Bargnani off this team, so be it, Fire BC. Calderon is likely gone after this season anyways. We cant get rid of this pillow soft image from the Refs if the two perpetrators of it have been on this team for years.

How many times does a new thread have to be created to discuss the same stuff. Damn overkill, it's been JUST 4 GAMES!!! Go get some fresh air, you will feel better.

Lets test the power of Real GM...

Everybody who wants BC fired add #FireBC to your signature. Let's see if we can get it to
trend on twitter as well.

Several years ago, yes.

Also, I'm assuming that it was a mistake, but still enjoying that you phrased a pro-firing vote as "yay" rather than "yea". Because the former would be my reaction to that news.

Uh ok. My emotional or mental well being is not influenced by the Raps. However the entertainment value of this team has been crappy for a while now, and the a big reason for that is BC. That's why I made this thread and not out of rage or anger.

No point really. No GM can come in and save the season at this point, so might as well let him finish the contract out and move on.

What hurts the most is we dont have a pick next year, not that Lowry isnt worth it because hes by far the best player on the team right now, but it doesnt give us many opportunities to grow next year.

We essentially took on Demar for the money we were saving with Jose... so even our cap situation isnt the best to dump money on a free agent.

So what im saying is were screwed either way long term.

Just to reply to your edited post about being 4 games, I guess you missed the part about us being bad to terrible since 2008!

I would fire him before the Lowry contract offer, so I'd say it's in our best interest for the future.

I've been a supporter of his to date, but Fields breaks the camel's back. Every fan on this board thought it was a terrible deal at the time, and it's actually turned out worse than imagined. If BC couldn't evaluate how garbage this guy is, BC simply lacks judgement, and should be gone.
