We should all put in donations and hold a raffle for 2 people to sit court-side with bags on there head. That would be effective as they would be on TV all game

Yeah reminds me of Cleaveland in their losing streak.

I hope not. Considering we don't have anything of real value except.....our draft picks.

I love the unity that we have reached on this forum as it pertains to the firing of Colangelo. I have been hoping for this unity for the longest time, especially after the horrible signing of Landry Fields, when i and others immediately called for the firing of Colangelo after that atrocious move. Others have finely woken up about our inept GM, who has crippled this franchise with one bad signing after another, over the past 6 years. I love that we finally have this #FireBC movement going. BC to me stands for BIG CLOWN. Please spread this word to everyone so the entire city can wake up, since they have been asleep from watching this pathetic team the last several years.

Spread this word like the Gospel. Waylon Mercy and darth_federer, keep up the good work my brothers. The unity on the board is bringing a tear to me eye (LOL). Finally everyone has woken up and see the obvious. By the way the schedule looks, this team will be way back in the standings and probably done by the end of next month. Even MLSE will not be stupid enough to give an extension to BC after 5 years of missed playoffs. Keep up the good work, i am proud of everyone that is signed on to the #FireBC MOVEMENT.

November 11th Remembrance Day 2012.... Mark this date down we go "All In" from here

This franchise has made us turn on each other now we band together for what's right for the
Raptors. Colangelo can not be extended this is a crucial part in our history.

- Fire BC Sigs
- #FireBC trending on Twitter
- Get the #FireBC movement plugged on all shows on the Fan 590 and TSN 1050
- Bring #FireBC signs to games
- Chant "Fire BC" at games
- Get local media coverage
- Organize Fire BC rallies

The message is clear to all we want an entire new management team with all new scouts, jerseys,
cheerleaders, etc anything that is associated with the franchise being considered a laughing stock.

Yeah...this is the kind of stuff I was talking about with the Chiefs fans' movement in the other thread. Should be fun to follow if Raptors fans get committed to it.

If im not mistaken you go to school in KC...What was it like witnessing that first hand?

Fans who were fed up with the organization had just had enough and decided to try to do something about it. Their main goal has been to get the team's owner to get rid of their poor GM (Scott Pioli) that has driven the team into the ground with poor drafts and poor decisions with money (such as giving Matt Cassel a huge contract to be the starting QB and sticking with him beyond reason....remind anybody of a certain Raptors GM/player relationship?). Jason Whitlock jumped on the story and I believe Simmons has mentioned it a few times (or so I've heard).

I don't even think the Chiefs' situation is quite as hopeless as the Raptors, though, considering KC made the playoffs just two seasons ago and you can often make a huge turnaround in just one year in the NFL (especially if you draft or acquire the right QB). Colangelo, on the other hand, has put the Raptors back multiple years with his terrible mismanagement through poor drafts, trades and thoroughly awful signings/extensions. Raptors fans, in my mind, have far more reason to complain with the utter embarrassment that this franchise has become.

Hey guys, just wondering how i do i get the "Fire BC" sig? For some reason, i keep on getting the URL but not the actual sig? I was always never the most proficient computer user. Someone help me out, because if i officially want to be part of the movement, i want to have that sig like everyone else (LOL).

I think most people that want BC fired are not seeing the real problem at hand are only reacting to their sensitive knee jerk nature. I thought I would chime in as one that's been known as a BC supporter.

His appeal as a GM has always been that he fits a constantly win now ownership like MLSE with his ability to find diamonds in the rough through trades or free agency. Early in his career he was really good at this. Anthony Parker, Jorge Garbajosa, Jamario Moon, Sonny Weems, Carlos Delfino, Amir Johnson, and a lot more. Some of them were not that good, Moon in particular, but he always had one of these moves that made you think "damn good eye," every offseason.

He's sucked at this recently. Alan Anderson, Dominic McGuire? These cats suck. And it's starting to seem like he's losing edge with these moves too. I'll go on and say that I don't think Kleiza and Fields are as bad as many are making them out to be. The problem is they don't fit this team at all. Kleiza had his moments in Denver because he was a complimentary piece, but in Raptorland he's been forced to be a primary wing player and that's been a disaster. Fields has his strengths as a player, and none of them are being put to any use. Instead his weaknesses are being forced on him.

I'm not making excuses for them, but BC should have had this foresight to see he was acquiring square pegs to fit a round hole. It seems he's lost synchronization with his own team and it's only getting worse.

And the trades where he came out with an upgrade is no longer happening. He's gotten close to nothing from most of his assets in recent years, and that's ignoring Bosh.

BC's strength was always micromanaging the smaller parts of the team, but he's been really bad at this in recent years. Granted though he's made a big splash with Lowry and Valanciunas. If he can't regain his old form then there's no reason to keep him.

I've jumped on the bandwagon.

BC needs to go. A change is needed. It might be good for this franchise. It can't be any worse than it is right now.

I would wait until end of the season if the Raps miss the playoffs, then yes.

Since last year he signed players like Butler and Carter, he did't do much to add value to our team. And without a first round pick, we are like tanking. I understand we were on the road, and having injury issues, but our 2nd unit is useless as I pointed out early in the season.

BC failed to correct the lineup with the lack of ball penetration, which is the reason for every team to win games, and as a GM who failed to see that the last few years, he has to go.

should of been fired last year, just cause he's a big name, doesn't mean they have to keep him.

In the expense of a lottery pick, which is not good at all.
And he also let Bayless and Barbosa go. Those are the creators for the team who can drive and shoot the ball. Without them, we have no offense from our bench.
