Heard the bye is favored by 3.5 over Washington...

Eagles-Cowboys should be fun. Even though both teams suck, intra NFC East games are always entertaining and generally hard fought close games despite the records or statistics.

How high would you have to push the line before you'd even THINK about taking the Chiefs (@ Pittsburgh)?

I'd feel comfortable going to at least 15 points for MNF before I bite on the Chiefs. Actually I picked the game 32-17 so 15 it is...

I'm back and forth on two games: SD/TB and DAL/PHI

Colts injuries could be the difference in this game. They are missing both starting corners (only dressed 4), 2 starting OL, starting TE, and Mathis is out. They also have really struggled on the road this year, but hopefully we can pull it out!

It's the Jags, you have nothing to worry about.

Can't wait for Falcons vs Saints, rivalry game. Saints need this one more because they're 3-5 and trying to make the playoffs where as the Falcons are trying to keep their undefeated season and would like nothing more than to derail the Saints' hopes for the playoffs

Can they blow up the jaguars? Gah what a bad team that is.

If Darius friggen Butler woulda got two TD's I woulda been steaming.

Luck looked good. They could win 10-11.

Dropped the crappy/disappointing Arizona defense and picked up Indy, got me 20 points. What a move.

Will probably be picking up a new D every week, just whoever is playing a crappy O.

The Jags are an abombination. I think 11 of us could suit up and beat them.

It's amazing how bad the Jaguars have become. Gene Smith is almost as bad a GM as Matt Millen was. Continually overpaying and overdrafting mediocre talent has really caught up to them.

IMO their crappy passing game is more of a design flaw than a lack of talent. Gabbert has a better arm than they let him show, and Shorts/Robinson/Blackmon is not a bad trio of WRs. A little green, but there is legit talent and a good mix of skills there. But their play calling and play structure doesn't allow them to do anything but curls, hooks, and quick crosses. You saw what happened a few times when they turned it loose some, good things happened.

For all the absurd amount of love Andrew Luck gets, the Colts defense is the bigger story to me. They are switching from a speed-based 4-3 to a power-based 3-4 and changing the coverage behind the front from almost entirely Cover 2 and Cover 3 to Over/Under zone and Off-Man. Their corners and DEs wouldn't start for almost any other team with more than 2 wins. They're doing this with the architect of the defense in the hospital for leukemia treatments. It's not a good defense, don't get me wrong, but it SHOULD be a terrible defense and it's far better than that.

Cutting and pasting that to this week's $.10...

total point line for Denver is sitting at 24.5 on one site, and 27.5 on another. both seem pretty low for a team giving up 22.5 p/g, but they've only given up more than 30 once (35 in week 3 vs NYG). though, they did give up 27+ to NO and ATL

i like the Saints in that game for the reasons mentioned above - betting kind of reflects this (NO @ 2.20 S/U).

also like the under on SD/TB
