If you're talking about Sampson's interview..then here it is:

If you're talking about jwise/Parsons/hot chick triangle, then you're outta luck. :D

chandler parsons is very weak when his shots not falling. His d is average , and having lin and parsons on the same team will do harm when their shots don't fall. We need an SF with very good D, or is able to hit shots if they suck at D.

we have seen parsons ability to play very good d....

i think parsons is our sf of the future.....truly think our only position of need for future #5 seeds is pf hopefully motie or tjones can fill that or we trade for millsap

SF for the future? I think you are seeing what i'm not. He is an all round player, he can do a little bit of everything. But just not specialized in any stat category. I don't think he's a great defender. He's not very athletic, and has shot poorly this season. I havent seen much improvement from last season either. Serviceable player but a future all star he is not. He gets blocked plenty of times when he tries to attack the basket due to his lack of athleticism and low shot. And he isnt that great at creating for others either, but has the greatest potential to improve in this.

Yeah. I think he is arguably the worst PF on the roster. His inefficiency, horrible rebounding, and high volume of attempts are all things that are negatives that he brings to the team. It's sad because his mid-ranger was money in his rookie season, but has been broke since last season.

As for Morris, I'd suspect you're right that his rebounding would fall off (14.8 TRB%), but there could be some hope for optimism since this is the first time he's actually getting legitimate minutes. He's a chucker in the sense that he takes too many three's'; I'm not sure if that's what his role requires of him, but he's been much more effective inside the arc. In fact, he's been our x-factor -- in our 3 wins, he's doing 12/7 on 55% (in 21 mpg), and our 3 losses only 7/4 on 33% (in 16 mpg).

I was a huge Parsons fan last year. I thought he was a very good defender, with terrific versatility (guarded PG's to PF's last season). He's a solid passer in transition and P&R, and greatly improved his offense as the season progressed; not only did his shot improve tremendously, but his overall confidence in attacking the rim as well. I actually compared him to a poor mans Iguodala, and the future of our SF position.

However; he has declined this season, IMO. I don't think his defense as been as good, and it makes me wonder if that's due to expecting him to have a bigger role on offense this season (last year, his offense was basically garbage plays around the basket, open shots, and in transition). And on offense, I think the supposed work on his shot in the off-season has led him and McHale to believe that he's the team's primary spot up shooter, when that is arguably the weakest aspect of his game. How many fast-break buckets has Parsons had this year? From the top of my head, I can't even count one..

Saying this though, it is only 6 games...and it's worth mentioning, he's averaging a whopping 38 MPG, so that could take adjusting too as well. And he is still probably our best perimeter defender, that's a very adequate 3rd ball-handler, and decent rebounder (though he's shown the ability to be better, for example, he isn't rebounding as well he did last season). We need to get in transition more as a team to better utilize Parsons, and he needs to find his shot and quick (in April last season, he was doing 13 PPG on 54/35, so he's shown ability to be efficient).

Morris has definitely redeemed himself this year, and hes also the only player on our roster that displays toughness
