Mullens didn't shoot well, but he still had 9 points, 6 rebounds, 4 ast, 2 blocks and 2 steals, so the effort was there at least. Should have gotten some more rebounds IMO but still, not a bad game

Missed the game but read through the thread. I was a little pissed I missed it but it sounded like kind an ugly game from the comments. Is MKG okay? Someone said they had to ice his back? How's Mully's D looking? Kemba only had 2 assits, is he making the passes and guys just not finishing?

Nightly Grades 11.13.12: The Bobcats don't appear to be terrible

- Charlotte Bobcats

The Charlotte Bobcats are 3-3. The Charlotte Bobcats... are 3-and-3. Last season it took them 13 games to win three, this season, six. That's improvement right there. They're clearly buying what new coach Mike Dunlap is selling and their young players are performing. Michael Kidd-Gilchrist had another solid game and Kemba Walker appears to be developing into quite a good point guard.

Can they keep it up and win 25, which would be a nice achievement? We'll see, but one thing's for sure: They're not a complete joke anymore, which is a nice step in the right direction.

It look like MKG is still struggling from the back pain of the previous game against the Mavs. As my favorite Bobcat I'm slightly worried but he did continue the rest of the second half after grimacing in the first half. Mully's defense is still the same old story, porous but he used his size to his advantage against the smallish Wizards frontcourt in the paint. Kemba may have had only 2 assist in the box score but him and Sessions had a bunch of hockey assist. He made a couple of nice passes that didn't end in assist because MKG, JT, or Mullens would get fouled and go to the stripe.

Minnesota is beyond beaten up and we play them tonight. When was the last time we had a winning record that wasn't 1-0? Playoff season?

MKG had a really nice purple patch in the 2nd quarter. other than that, not a game with a ton of highlights. mainly was kemba and sessions attacking the rim over and over and over.

tyrus did have one amazing block in the 4th.
