Hey guys, I like your team. But I was wondering, why are the fans and team so adamant on changing back the name to Hornets? Didn't you guys JUST get a new jersey and court design? I personally like the new designs. If you guys go back, will the design be entirely different? Or same style but a hornet instead of a cat? Thanks.

I would typically agree...but we're called the Bobcats. It's a totally decent name for high school girl's volleyball team but an NBA team?

What is your opinion on names like Heat, Magic, Nets, and Thunder (to name just a few)?

wizards, nuggets, lakers, celtics, pacers, etc. everyone has dumb names

Heat: Meh, it's hot down there.
Magic: Like this the most of the list.
Nets: Kind of Stupid
Thunder: Laughed really hard when I heard they were changing the name to this. But when you're playing as well they are the name doesn't really matter.

Personally I'd like to go back to the ABA team name (Carolina Cougars). But I like the Hornets more than Bob Johnson's Bobcats.
