Aflac is an insurance company with fairly annoying commercials with a goose. Look them up on youtube or I would imagine aflac.com and I guess it is Aaron Affalo (sp?) nickname.

A forward on my soccer team did this when I was on the field. I was a defender and had my suspicions that he was looking to score, but I was thinking nobody can be this dumb. He ended up scoring and we lost the game. I'll never forget that.
