The Lakers' management and Phil Jackson have become an engima over a simple fact money for a team that needs and requires leadership that has been proven and Phil Jackson is one of the most distinguished and has won numerous games NBA history that no other coach has matched or surpassed the number of championships won as a player or coach. This is a question of sleazy and stupid thinking combined that makes no sense to a team that is searching to become a great with the right winning combination of coaching and player involvement.No excuse
