This win puts us first in the west and gives us a 1-0 start to the road trip.

Love me some Matt Barnes, but my player of the game is Point GOD.

All hail.

Paul said that Barnes gets the game ball for tonight's win and I totally agree with him. Butler leaving the game with an injury put even more of a responsibility on Barnes and he answered the call.

Honestly can't decide between Barnes and Bledsoe. Bledsoe offensive boards and layups were huge but Barnes was great for us at the start.

CP3 did basically hit the game winner though

all the starters had - in +/- department. barnes had +19 i believe. great game and without his first half effort, there wouldn't have been the opportunity for CP3 to close out the game with his shot
ehhhhh f it.

I've been thinking about this. And after much debate within myself I'm going with Matt Barnes.
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

CP3 does things for this team outside of scoring. Such an amazing leader

of course, CP3 is the best player on this team. just tonight tho, barnes made a major difference when not much was expected of him.

and this is quite a statement from a guy who couldn't stand barnes last year
ehhhhh f it.

what barnes did today was keep us above water until our starters finally did something. if it weren't for him, we probably woulda been down throughout the game

I was debating about Turiaf as well. Those offensive boards he grabbed helped set us up after Hollins fouled out. We have been giving up way too many offensive rebounds all year, and Turiaf showed us how badly they are needed. But in the end, I had to go with Barnes. His defense, and the fact that he was always in the right place were the keys to the win til CP3 could do his thing
