backup pickup help

Post#1 » by Sebzor » Thu Nov 22, 2012 3:05 pm

current squad:
PG: D. Williams-R. Westbrook-M. Conley-D. Collison-J. Calderon
SG: J. Crawford-T. Evans-A. Shved
SF: N. Batum-A. Aminu
PF: L. Aldridge-G. Monroe-J. Noah
C: B. Lopez-C. Kaman-Nene

Players in bold, are ones i might look to drop for better FA's, capable FA players are:
PG: M. Williams-B. Knight-G. Vazquez-J. Nelson-A. Miller-E. Bledsoe-A. Brooks
SG: E. Turner-J. Terry-B. Gordon-R. Stuckey-A. Rivers-R. Foye-N. Young-M. Brooks-B. Beal
SF: T. Young-G. Hayward-T. Ariza-H. Barnes-M. Beasley-D. Wright-J. Dudley-T. Prince-M. Williams-L. Kleiza-J. Green
PF: C. Landry-D. Favors-J. Thompson-T. Thompson-K. Seraphin-P. Patterson-A. Johnson-B. Bass
C: N. Pekovic-B. Mullens-S. Hawes-L. Sanders-S. Dalembert-J. Valunciunas-R. Lopez-E. Okafor-A. Drummond-K. Koufos-E. Kanter

I was wondering if any of those players would be better fits instead of J. Calderon (whose back to backup duty), T. Evans (who is not playing consistently), A. Shved (rookie), A. Aminu, C. Kaman, Nene

I like your team but you could definitely find room for guys like Nelson, Thaddeus Young and Favors if theyre going to keep getting 25+ minutes as reliably as they do. Calderon and Shved are nice but I wouldn't keep them over guys who are regular starters. Id at least wait and see how Nene fits back into the Wizards rotation now that he's back

To be honest, in a 7 team league it doesn't matter that much

Drop Calderon , Nene and Scved
