Well another win and we're now 7-4
Al Horford (3)
Kyle Korver (2)
Josh Smith (1)
Notes: Al Horford went off tonight, he scored 26 points and had 13 rebounds on 13-17 shooting along with 3 blocks, a near flawless game for big Al; Korver had another good night shooting 6-10 going 4-6 from 3 point land and getting 16 points, and as a bonus he had 6 rebounds; Zaza didn't do anything that stood out in the stat sheet but he did all the little things tonight, showing very admirable hustle in the process; Jeff Teague had 13 points and set the tempo with a very impressive 12 assists which is a season high.
Just missed the cut: Josh Smith who had 10 points and 8 assists, his lack of rebounds (only 4) is troubling however.
What I'd like to see: I keep preaching for Jenkins to get some playing time, I don't wanna see what happened to Teague and Jordan Crawford a few years ago happen to him; I'd also like to see Josh shoot over 50%, he has the potential to if only he posted up instead of taking jumpers; and I'd like to see Al hit a free throw, yes I know he only attempted 1 tonight but he needs to hit one to get back his rhythm at the line.

Hard to not vote for Horford. He owned CHAR - offensively and defensively.
Teague's 12 assists need praise.
Zaza was a man - again - down low. They beat the snot out of him and he kept winning the battles.
Korver is a great asset. Open 3s are like a layup to him.
Kudos to Smith for 8 assists on a night when he (it seemed obvious to me) was under the weather.

My mother told me, she said, "Elwood, to make it in this world you either have to be oh, so clever or oh, so pleasant." Well, for years I was clever; I recommend pleasant.

Re: Player of the Game
Hands down it was AL tonight. He was a beast, as always. So consistent.
He is really showing his worth now, and he and Teague are really playing well together.
Just think, AL is one rebound short of having 5 straight double-doubles.
Josh had a nice assist total, but has to work on those turnovers. there's no reason J-Smoove should be leading the team in turnovers as the PF. Eleven turnovers in the last two games is alarming. And his shot selection and shooting percentage are very poor also...
