I didn't think they should have built it to begin with. They couldn't fill half of the old park they played in and they think a new multi million dollar park will change that. A winning product will change it.

Danny Knobler of CBSSports.com reports that the Reds are interested in Michael Bourn.

The Reds have been desperate for a leadoff hitter for a while, as they've often been forced to hit Brandon Phillips in the No. 1 spot even though they'd prefer to hit him in the middle of the order. Knobler says they "can't be considered a favorite" to land Bourn, though, as he'll ultimately likely get a deal for more than they're willing to spend. The Reds probably will have to set their sights a bit lower. Toronto takes on massive salary, but they get much better. They will be able to compete in the AL East next year. Good for Blue Jay fans. Miami is such a mess, it is really pathetic. I dont know what to make of the future of the franchise in Miami. No way the fans come out to support that team now. And that new stadium was just built. Cant really relocate from Miami, but how the heck are they going to make any money? MLB needs to find a way to force the owner to sell to someone with lots of $$$ who will pay to get players and bring back the fans. MLB does not want to give up on that large a market. Just a real mess right now.

ESPN Rumors has said that the Blue Jays reached out to Bobby Cox as they are pulling off this trade. Said they may be looking for someone experienced to lead this now veteran team. Not likely to see Bobby come out of retirement for Toronto, but who knows.

To be honest I can't see Bobby coming out of retirement at all let alone to go live in Chilly Toronto, if he's going to come out of retirement I think Atlanta will be the only team he coaches, he loves the city too much to do otherwise

Large Market Teams Inquiring About Stanton

The Marlins are reportedly hesitant to deal Giancarlo Stanton after this month's huge trade with the Blue Jays.

However, that hasn't kept a number of teams from inquiring about his availability.
