Not fully sure but I'm assuming this was an insult. The moves weren't spectacular like the other poster pointed out but it was impressive and it was against a very good defender. Some of those moves he pulled off were veteran moves. Yes he had no crossovers or flashy dunks on Duncan so if that makes it varsity moves then sure. Otherwise stop trolling. If I misunderstood your statement about varsity moves and this was somehow a compliment to him then I apologize for lashing out on you. :D

I think he was just joking, but a compliment nonetheless. "a few JV (junior varsity) moves on Duncan" Varsity is a a level above Junior Varsity.

2 possessions afer the first turnaround post fade Jonas hit in that video, he took Duncan in the post again and hit another one. His back to the basket game is far more promising than anyone could have hoped for at this point.

He definitely needs to keep adding strength, but he's already able to move Duncan quite easily in the post while backing down, I really wasn't expecting that.

Hopefully some full game highlights come out. At the end of regulation he defended Duncan one on one, cleanly blocked his drive to the basket, saved the ball while balancing the end line, somehow beat everyone down court and forced the Spurs to foul or give up an easy 2...then calmly swished two game tying FTs. A 20 year old rookie big, unreal.

If Bargnani wasn't such a horrible player his efforts wouldn't be for nothing.

Yeah, I figured on a sports forum the reference would be obvious, although the previous poster may not be American, in which case it might have gone over his head.

Another solid game from Sullinger.

Id say top 10 of performing rookies atm.

Lillard held scoreless by Knight in the first half, however had 4 assists in the first quarter. Curious to see if he bounces back in 2nd half

Gotta say, I am bit shocked by how well Kyle Singler has played so far this year.

No, actually Lillard had 2 points at the half as he went 2-2 from the line. And Knight didn't held him scoreless, Damian had plenty of good looks at shots; they just didn't fall. It wasn't because of Knight's defense.

If you're asking for fantasy, idk anything about how that works, but he's definitely a keeper in reality, because he doesn't need shots to be effective. Its hard to stop a player from doing intangibles like he does.

Tonight he only needed 7 shots to get 16 pts, 10 rebs, and 5 asts.

He's almost like a perimeter version of Varejao. He just makes the right plays at the right time, hustles hard, plays D, and limits mistakes. There's not a lot a defense can do to stop a player like that.

Props to the Cavs this evening.

I haven't watched them at all lately but if they continue to play like they did tonite they got a fairly bright future.

ya, Piston's smelled rookie blood and made it a point to be physical with him. Also Knight was on a tear tonight. i still like lillard and Leonard is a lot better than i thought he'd be

it might change things, but the thing about singler is that he's always consistently all over the court. his BBall IQ combined with his scoring ability makes it really tough to guard.

 whatever you say bro. Knight torched him this game and his defense was on point.

Its okay for your rookie to have a bad night, don't worry he'll make a comeback. No need to be sensitive

Knight had little, if anything, to do with Lillards shooting. If anything, it was your guys length at the rim that got to him, he had plenty of open shots and good looks that usually go down.

Now, props to Knight for getting around Lillard, no one is claiming Lillard is even a decent defender. But Knight's D was only marginally better, Lillard got around him almost any time he wanted.
