Whats wrong with signing Henderson to MLE and trading Gordon or letting Gordon expire?

Nothing, in fact, that's what I want to happen, but I still think people here think Hendo will be overpaid (I'm slightly worried about that myself after Derozan's extension) and the other issue is that there is very little three-point shooting with Kemba, MKG, and Hendo in the backcourt. We might be better off with a Jeremy Lamb-like (or even Gordon-like) player in the long run, but there is no immediate need to dump Hendo. Gordon will almost definitely be traded the same way Maggette was traded, to net a bad contract and another solid draft pick/asset IMO. Contenders will be lining up for his services.

I think Kemba could eventually be a dependable 3 point threat. 36% maybe by his 4th year in the league or so. He has the range he's just not super consistent.

this team still feels like a 30 win team

Would not be surprised. Very interesting to note in Hollinger's latest power rankings that (including the OKC game) the average winning percentage of the teams we have played is .438%. Only the Pacers (at .427%) have had an easier schedule thus far. Doesn't bode well.
