That might have been his worst dunk of the game too, it's amazing how quick he gets up. He could easily dunk from the FT line.

Casey seriously needs to draw up some better screen plays for him, or just **** steal from other teams since he seems incapable of creating his own. Ross is awesome moving off ball but has nothing to work with.

He's been shooting about 30% for the past 5 games, but he did hurt his hand this game and had trouble holding onto the ball taking it to the rim causing some pretty wild missed shots at the hole. He's having an MRI tomorrow.

I'll never get the Waiters and Zeller picks. Maybe they'll prove me wrong, but with Kyrie Irving on the roster, it just made more sense IMO to go with potential great bigs. Take Drummond and Sullinger and the floor is something like Chris Paul's New Orleans Hornets.

I really didn't realize what a crazy athlete he was when he was drafted.

It's not just his vertical that's impressive but his lateral quickness too. At first he was playing near lockdown defense on Harden. I'm guessing he got tired later on because he was clearly a step slower. All that dunking took the wind out of him lol

Even better, I thought they should take Irving then Valanciunas and tank for another year before he came over. Then I wanted them to get Barnes in this draft.

Irving-Barnes-Valanciunas would have been a good young core. Add 1 or 2 lottery picks and a ton of capspace, they would get to see their old friend LeBron in the playoffs.

For the last few weeks hes been attacking the paint more, every game he gets punched in the face, kicked, and slammed but for some reason the refs turn thier back like nothing happened. So of course his box score is going to look bad, don't believe me? watch waiters play with your'e own eyes, he gets his as* beat and no calls occur and he still shows multiple flashes a game. He is a very good play maker and defender, so when his jumpshot isn't falling and he is not getting any calls he looks for others.

After the clippers game when jordan elbowed zeller, he never been the same. Tristian fu*king sucks, he always get blocked going up for a dunk, hell If i had the chance to trade him for a second rounder...i would do it :lol:

You look at his boxscore and all you see is 16 points on 20 shots and immediatley thinks he is a chucker, but that is not the case, he is not shooting that many jumpshots anymore. all the other rookies are getting calls, but waiters can't buy **** even if he's in mid air and the defender slams him down...hell he almost injured his hand in the suns game, and they ignored it.

So all in all, I don't care about his fg right now. He has a impact on the cavs regardless.

16 Points, 1 Block shot, 2 stls, 3 rebounds, and 7 asts (7-20 shooting) while fighting through bullsh*t

Zeller looks like a good pick. I've only watched a few Cavs games but he's aggressive, has range on his jumpshot and can run the floor. People complaining about him need to watch him play. He's better than Thompson already.

Define "better". Is Zeller more skilled than Thompson? Sure. Does he have a bigger impact in games than Thompson? No.

Better prospect was what I meant I guess. Once Zeller gets more playing time, he will be making a much bigger impact than Thompson imo.

Zeller is not better than Thompson. Despite TT's offensive ineptness, he is an effective defender. Zeller is a traffic cone on defense. As soon as he checks into the game the opposing team goes after him repeatedly, and is successful. He cannot physically compete with NBA caliber bigs at this point. Zeller has some offensive skill, but he hasn't exactly been good on that end either. I mean, he's shooting 40% even and 48% on FTs...Obviously those numbers will go up, but he's not even close to a better player than TT right now.

and yeah, on Waiters, the guy gets mugged nearly every time he goes to the rim. It's really incredible. I was sitting on the floor next to the basket at the PHX game last night, and he got just destroyed on at least 3-4 occasions with no calls. I understand that it takes time for rookies to get those calls, but at this point it's just getting ridiculous. Outside of that, Waiters is pretty impressive. He is effective as a play maker, looks like he can be a plus defender, can create his own shot, get to the rim and rarely turns the ball over. His shooting will probably continue to be streaky with his form on his jump shot, but he can certainly score in bunches. He looks like he has all star potential.

Once he fix that jumpshot it will open up his game a lot more. He is getting better at finishing around the rim, but majority of the time he gets mugged and the refs just ignore it. all in all i agree with everything you said.
