Turnovers

Post#1 » by og15 » Wed Nov 28, 2012 5:36 pm

Never thought I would see the day, but a Chris Paul led team is struggling with turnovers. The Clips are tied for 2nd last in the league in TOV% (15.8%), and very close to the Lakers who are last at 15.9%.

CP is only averaging 2.4 TPG to his 16.1 points and 9.5 assists, so what's going on? Bledsoe playing more, since we already knew he had turnover issues? Odom turning it over every chance he gets? Hollins with all his moving screens? Jamal with two turnovers a game while only being a scorer?

How can the team alleviate the turnover issue? It is also hurting the defense because the opponent gets some easy baskets from all the turnovers.

I've noticed that we've had turnover problems. Honestly I hope we can just work through it. Hopefully the team gets more familiar with each other and we find a way to play well. We've seen this team play great for stretches where we share the basketball, have low turnovers, and play good defense. I know this team can do it. It's a long season so I'm just waiting for the team to get its act together.
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!
