Al Jeff for MKG + Iggy

My squad:

Vasquez (PG, SG)
Knight (PG,SG)
Walker (PG)
Thomas (PG)
Tyreke (SG,SF)
Barnes (SF)
Taylor (SG,SF,PF)
Hump (PF)
Vucevic (PF,C)
Horford (PF,C)
Monroe (PF,C)
Jefferson (PF,C)
Ilyasova (PF)

I think I am too big man heavy. Thus far my team has been above avg in the league in assists and rebounds.

Should I try moving Al Jeff for 2 solid players? Would I be getting enoug hvalue back if I trade hi mfor MKG + Iggy?

Sounds like a terrible idea. In 2-for-1s the "1" almost always wins. Also, SG/SFs are the least valuable position, with PF/C/PG the most valuable. A double loss. Oh, and did I mention you're selling low on Al Jeff?

Your PGs suck. That's where you need to focus.

What are your settings?

Thanks for the honesty...i felt it was a undervalueing and a desperation move, which I probably dont need to make as yet.

H2H settings standard cats.

What sort of moves do you think I should be looking for? I feel i need to get rid of a Big. I dont want to lose monroe because he helps with Assists. And Horford's rank isnt great so figured Al Jeff is the best trade piece.

Tyreke also helps with Asts...i agree i need a PG, but even as it is I am 2nd in the league in total assts, somehow lol

Your team's not that bad. I don't feel like you need to make a move. Almost everyone on your roster is a PG or PF. That is optimal team-building. Evans is a SG/SF but he gets PG stats. You want PG or PF stats from everyone, regardless of their position.

What is "standard"? TOs and no TOs are both "standard."

To me your biggest problem is Walker/Thomas/Knight. Kemba's alright when you're desperate but he's sub-optimal; one would prefer an upgrade. Knight is trash. Thomas is filler.

Vasquez is a keeper, and you're stuck with Evans. Vucevic and Ilyasova need to be dropped. Horford/Monroe/Jefferson is a strong core, especially if it's a TO league.

So you have Horford/Monroe/Jefferson, and then Vasquez/Evans/Walker. The rest is flotsam. The worst part is you don't have any obvious guys to trade, guys whose perception will help bring in more than they're worth.

So you need to look to the WW and just be better than everyone else in your league. You don't need to pull off a specific deal, you just need any deal that gives you more value. So shop everyone. You need to rip someone (likely multiple someones) off. That means targeting undervalued players and being willing to give up anyone.

I disagree, Al Jeff for Iggy and Mgk wouldnt be bad in H2H, especially considering they are good rebounding fill the stat sheet SF's

That said, is there anyone on waivers that u could drop Thomas or Taylor for?

I proposed the trade cuz he is my buddy and wouldnt accept it without letting me know first.

I actually got counter-offered for: Iggy + Darren Collision + MKG for Al Jeff + Ilya + Taylor (ilya is drop worthy i guess at this point and Taylor is a WW guy i just picked up which will prolly hit rock bottom when Hendy is back)..

This one any better in your point of views?

hmm so youd reject the jeff + MKG for Al Jeff but will do this now instantly with Collison added? You think Collison will still produce when Fisher becomes the starter?

You really view the corpse of Derek Fisher as a threat?

And in hindsight I was wrong to immediately reject the MKG/Iggy deal. It actually fits your needs perfectly. I do think that 2-for-1 involves you taking on more risk than your partner, but as soon as you get Collison all that goes out the window. I'm not in love with Collison or anything but I do think he's a solid top-80 guy, Fisher or no Fisher, coming off the bench or starting.
