cut Harangody, sign Kevin Jones

Finally a sensible move. Cut a guy with zero chance of being a rotation guy and add(back) a guy who probably won't be a rotation guy but could possibly become one.

Still makes no sense why they committed $1m to Harangody in the first place

I should also add that while $1m is only 1/60th of a payroll, lighting it on fire for a no hoper is completely ridiculous.

I saw Jones play here in Canton the other night. He was far and away the best player on the court for either team. He looks like a legit NBA player, but I still dont see him being much more than a 4th or 5th big.

I honestly think he could be a less athletic David West type player if he's given the chance to play.
Good rebounder, High motor and nice midrange jumper. He is undersized for the power forward position, but he makes up for what he lacks with his wingspan and heart. Could be a good 4th big off the bench when he is called up.

Most certainly better than Harangody
