Team Draft Trivia: Detroit always has had a lot of UCONN players (Rip Hamilton, Ben Gordon) but still have 2 players from the same school as Rudy Gay: Charlie V and Andre Drummond. Brandon Knight played with former Tigers coach, Calipari in Kentucky. Singler helped Real Madrid defeat Marc Gasol's FC Barcelona to win the 2012 Spanish King's Cup

Nice one Van. You might need to adjust the celeb pic for everyone to see.

Here's what to look for in the matchup.

1.Defense on the shooters Singler, Maggs, Knight, Prince. Make them work for their shots.
2.Win the battle of the boards
3. Get the Pistons in pressure situations to force TOs'.
4. Do not underestimate this team whatsoever.

Pistons hold the record for least amount of players smiling in their press photos.
I kinda like the SUPER CLOSE UP of the grizz celeb. I could not find a way to reduce the image size with img tag. doesn't seem to be an option. oh well

Yeah - for me, this is a fun game. You guys are where we want to be in about 2 years. Drummond's going to be a monster, Monroe and Knight will be occassional all-star level players.

You'll like watching Singler play - very talented. Looking like one of the best glue guys in the league, plus he can really shoot. When he's in there, the team is very unselfish and there's a lot of very good guard movement.

Stuckey at backup PG is a major problem for any team. And watch tonight for the debut of a very big very athletic and very aggressive big man: Slava Kravstov is highly regarded by the Pistons. Eventually he'll get the minutes as the team's backup center when Drummond takes over as the starting center and Monroe moves over to PF.

We need to dominate the paint, which is our greatest strength. We should also turn Knight over. If we can do this and play efficiently on offense, we should win by a good margin. I don't think Detroit matches up well with us. But, you never know in the NBA.

Detroit doesn't match up with you. Your big guys are experienced monsters. The Pistons big guys are very young.

In a couple of years, I think the Pistons duo will surpass your guys. But tonight, this doesn't look good. And Gay is dominant vs Tay - or should be.
