Nando to D-league

Post#1 » by co_laper » Sun Dec 2, 2012 7:21 pm

Nando has basically won the backup PG job for the last few games. We're still without Kawhi, Jackson, and possibly even Green after last night's game againts Memphis. He injured something and didn't come back to the game.

Plus, Nando does a better job rebounding the ball than Patty. With our injury situation right now, we're lacking height and rebounding. Kinda of an odd timing to send Nando at this moment.

This is the best chance Patty has to win that backup PG position. Even I'm starting to warm up to the idea of Nando as our primary backup PG.

Don't worry about Nando in the D-League.

With the Spurs getting 3 days off, Nando will be sent only to play today for the Toros. Basically a "lux" practice.

Pretty sure he will be called back for Wednesday's game against the Bucks.

I am still not sold on anyone as the main backup PG tbh.
Shaq on Duncan:SA won because of TD, a guy I could never break.I could talk trash to Ewing, get in D-Rob's face, get a rise out of Mourning, but when I went at Tim he’d look at me like he was bored and say:“Hey,Shaq, watch this shot right off the glass.”

Yeah, have read reports from his agent that it's just for a short stint this week

Good to do that to get him some run then come back, keep his rhythm from recent games
