I didn't see a thread tracking his recovery, so I figured I'd create one and we could possibly sticky it. Just post the most current updates on his progress for others to read versus sifting through hundreds of threads.

Aggrey Sam
Derrick sprinting in the back under supervision of training staff. Weird seeing him pop out every so often

My advice for him would be to just attack it.

Right now, the ligament is strong enough to cut with it.

Don't be hesitant.

When you're out doing drills, do it as you normally would any other day.

Push yourself and challenge yourself.

That's the only way you'll build the strength and confidence to where it should be.

I wouldnt let the Bulls' training staff supervise my dog. Bring in some professionals please.
