Exactly.

When LA wins it's Kobe basking in the spotlight. When they lose it's Kobe throwing everyone under the bus EXCEPT himself.

Look in the mirror Kobe. Lead by example instead of blaming others and you'd be surprised how your teammates will respond.

Kobe can only function under Phil Jackson.

That is fine bud, you are entitled to your own opinion. Thing is though that Kobe goes hard, that is just a fact. In today's society, whether it is sports or business, everyone has gotten soft and cannot take any type of criticism anymore.

Does Kobe take it to far at times, especially publically? Maybe, but I would much rather have to beat somebody back instead of having to light a fire under them all of the time. I roll my eyes a lot at how touchy so many people are, to much emphasis on everyone's feelings. Just get the job done and stop making excuses.
Ball so hard.

kobes a douche, whats the point of calling out gasol publicly, when he sees the guy almost everyday. You would think as team mates their would be some human level relationship where you can confront someone without trying to embarrass their ass. Who tells a team mate to put their big boy pants on to the media, what a douche.

Kobe's leadership is fine. A guy like Pau is sulking and that's pathetic for a veteran of his caliber. He needs to man up,kobe already went to bat for him saying pau is here as long as he is here. Pau shouldn't need his hand held.
