How Far LeBron would carry the current Magic?

Post#1 » by marson » Thu Dec 6, 2012 2:03 am

I am just suprised how well the Magic has been playing lately despite most of us thinks they could replace the Bobcats as the worse.

My question is how far can a magic team can reach with lebron on their team?

He got the Cavalier clown troop he was saddled with to the Finals, he could probably do the same with the current Magic group. But I don't think he could win a championship with them.

Biggest myth on this board. Nobody mentions the East that year. Any of the 8 teams in the West could have won the East. Hell even the 9th seed Nuggets could have won it.

Finals and he might turn Vucecic into a legitimate starter in this league. Afflalo is solid as a second option and Nelson can shoot the open shots when give the chance from James' playmaking ability. Glen Davis will also improve.
Looking for a new signature. Currently, still evaluating.

4 seed in the East, at worst.

He also took a team probably just as "talented" to a 39-2 record at home in the regular season a few years later. They also conceded the last home game of the season, meaning they had a chance to tie the '86 Celtics for best home record ever.

Top 4 seed in the East. At least get into the second round. Small chance of making it through the East to the Finals.

No team with current Lebron will miss the playoffs. Put Lebron on the 11-12 Bobcats, the worst team in NBA history, and that team makes the playoffs.

82-0,16-0 in the playoffs. GOAT team of all-time. They would score about 180 PPG and keep the other teams to about 60-70 PPG.

People always mention the East that year and your premise that anyone could have won it is complete and utter nonsense.

In terms of playoffs, I think he'd have a real hard time getting by the Knicks... Probably the Heat and Nets too.... Other than them, probably could carry them.
