lol and now he thinks we're in fantastic shape , people love to say the management is the problem and I agree , I just think wenger is on their side. If he really didn't agree with the situations he's been put in he would have stood up a long time ago , but he's a board member by default now

He said that after the 1-1 draw with City, and frankly I thought we were looking pretty good then (obviously not best ever good).

Right now I'm just so disgusted. There have been literally no positives to take away from the last month or so. Walcott and Giroud were blazing in the 5-2 win over Spurs but since then the team has looked just.... dead. I used to find myself fuming after every loss but right now I'm just sad. How can it come to this?

Strange indeed.

Except may be Podolski, Arteta and Cazorla I don't think anyone's really played constantly either.

Mertesacker and Vermaelan have been pretty constant, Giroud lately too. Ian Stone said it's because they've been staying up late watching Homeland DVD's

Realistically if the squad is tired at this point it's the managements fault. Our squad isn't deep enough to properly rotate to keep players fit and rested. Injuries to players like Diaby, Rosicky, and Wilshere haven't helped, but should really be planned for at this point. We have one real striker at this point, and that's good enough.

I'm hoping for some big moves in January, we need some class in attack. We run out of ideas way to quickly.
I'd like to see a proper holding mid, with more power and aggressiveness than Arteta, too.

ARSENE WENGER wants Thierry Henry to ride to Arsenal’s rescue for the rest of the season.

The Gunners have agreed a six-week return starting next month with Henry’s current club New York Red Bulls.

But boss Wenger will sound out the chances of keeping him until May with Arsenal’s campaign in danger of falling apart.

That would mean the French World Cup-winner missing around a third of the MLS season, which kicks-off in March — and is sure to meet resistance from the Americans.

Henry, 35, has been a big hit with the Red Bulls, hitting 32 goals in 61 games since moving to the States in 2010.

The Gunners’ all-time leading scorer, who bagged a staggering 226 goals in eight years up to his original 2007 departure, returned for seven games last season and spent three days last week training with the squad.

Emirates sources said he looked in better shape than last season and was open to the idea of spending the rest of the campaign back in the Premier League.

He scored a few goals last time so hopefully he can play well again this time.

I like it, even if he doesn't play much he's a good figure to have around the club and in the dressing room.

I think Arsenal should be interested in Dennis Bergkamp, Tony Adams, Robert Pires, too.

It was a great dive though. That's how I will dive into Caribbean sea in January. I should take some classes from Cazorla.

why does Gervinho still get playing time? I dont think i've hated a player on my favourite team more than him.
