talk about balling so hard. for you guys who didn't get to see it. someone going to make game highlights of this soon.

OJ attempted 4 ft attempts. it was like Harden's 17 FTA. OJ was just flat out ballin out of his mind 15-26 FG 6-9 3pt , clutch shot after clutch. put his team on his back

OJ Mayo, Juice Mayo= Ball so hard

But seriously Mayo is shooting the lights out and idk of he can sustain it, if he can work on his driving and finishing at the rim, he can be a great scorer

That makes no sense, you guard whomever helps your team win or whomever the coach tells you to

Honestly, I think Harden keeps his beard like that to easily fake getting hit in the head. Refs are quick to whistle on head shots. And when his beard gets grazed, he goes into whiplash-mode and draws the foul. I won't respect Harden until he stops flopping. Yeah, you're not 6'6" like Jordan and Kobe, but man up and be a real SG.

I've been saying that his 3 point % will eventually fall

However that was a couple of weeks ago, He's still giving it to teams hard on a regular basis. Im not sure whats caused this. He's always had talent. I think he just felt hurt not starting and gave up at the grizzlies, A new start has done him well

So what else is new, Harden has a gift of getting fouled while most other NBA players not named Dwight and Kobe don't. He will continue to get to that foul line... :lol:

This....I get so sick of the Harden Phantom fouls. Sure he should have got about 10 FTA but 2 or 3 of those fouls he wasnt even touched .Reminds me of Wheelchair Wade.

Parson's too big. Douglas was playing defense, and he was generally fine. Most of it was Mayo hitting tough shots...aside from that last shot which I'm utterly infuriated about.

Mayo vs Harden .... is a tough one.

I watched the game. When his jumper started to fail Mayo, he started.taking it to the rim and made some beautiful finishes.

So I don't know where this "mayo can't get to the rim" crap comes from. He does get stuck on shooting jumpers sometimes, but he has.a 40+ inch vert (draft combine) and has shown a number of times that he can be very efficient in breaking down defenses. If you are the 2nd best 3 point shooter in the league, you'd be shooting more than driving as well.

Mayo is definitely the better defender as well, as he showed tonight by locking down Harden in the 4th. He is also more clutch and will take over in the 4th on both sides of the ball...as he did again tonight. However, Harden is probably the better distributor.

Harden is forced to score more than Mayo because there is no one else on the team other than a 2nd round 2nd year player who can score, so that helps inflate his stats. Overall, Mayo is statistically more efficient and on a better team.

If I am a GM given the choice to sign one of these players, it would be a very tough choice.and it would come down
to who fits the system better.
