Bears are just finding ways to NOT make plays. That's basically been the story of the past month or so.

Offensively we've swung from Martz's extreme to Tice predictability. Very frustrating with the talent on offense

the Bears defense have a unique ability of allowing long drives at the worst possible drive. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks a team has been allowed to drive off of their 1 yard line at a critical, critical moment.

Definitely seeing it too. Especially the slow part.
He is not attacking the hole or being aggressive. How many times has he run in place today?
Agree with you both. Forte is a good back, but he's never been special IMO.

Boneheaded decision by Tice.
Although we gave the Vikings the first TD of the game that was setup by the long AP run & the first Cutler pick 6 that wasn't his fault (Jeffrey fell down on the play), that 3rd and 1 that you described above is the play of the game thus far.

Like I said, players finding ways to not make plays. Bears are great at doing this.

and when I mentioned picking up a veteran wideout in the offseason because I didnt trust Bennett or Hester people actually believed these clowns would be enough. Neither Hester nor Bennett would get run on any team that wants a legit passing attack .

A veteran was not the answer, IMO.
We have two starters for the next 4 years, at least. Alshon had an inconsistent game today (slip on first pick 6 & dropped TD pass) & injuries this season, but he's gonna be a beast. Of course, I shouldn't even have to mention our stud #1 in Marshall. We need a TE & Bennet is capable as a third WR.
The focus of the FO this offseason should be on 3 things: O-Line, Middle LB, & Tillman's eventual replacement at CB.

They haven't reported anything. It seems they just took him out b/c they don't think they can win. At least that is what the announcers said.

Are the Bears going to make the playoffs? If they finish 10-6 and Tampa finishes 10-6, who gets in? Right now, I think Tampa has the best chance of catching us. Easiest schedule down the stretch. If we both finish 10-6, and have the same division record, what is the next tiebreaker?

You forgot to put on that list TE.
We need TE. Hope Kellen Davis leave the team after this season. I've already saw too many drops by him.

Thanks. I put the need for a TE in my post, but forgot to expand my list to 4.

A veteran was the answer considering we have no receiving TE .There is not one viable passing attack in the league that has only two receivers as weapons .
Bennett and Hester are garbage we are the only team that would be trying to feature them at all. We have no TE .
Alshon is gonna be solid but its ridiculous to head into a season in a situation in which one injury and you are right back to featuring Hester and Bennett.
Now weve basically wasted another year and now we need everything you mention in addition to a TE and two more receivers .
