Re: Kings @ Mavericks
But it was Mayo who delivered the biggest postgame blow, saying Cousins has “mental issues”:
Mayo on Cousins: “That guy has mental issues, man.”
In fairness, Mayo did give a semi-backhanded compliment to the Kings big man, stating he had the ability to be a franchise changing talent – assuming he wants it:
“He’s a talented player, he has the chance to be the franchise player but I don’t think he wants it.”
Someone needs to print these out and laminate them to Cousins locker!!! He needs to use this as motivation, he needs to see the doubters, the naysayers, and he needs to prove them all WRONG!!!

Re: Kings @ Mavericks
Honestly, this game wasn't quite as bad as it looks...if you ignore the 2nd quarter. Our bench simply forgot there was a game tonight, it seems, and that effort was really despicable.
I've felt much worse about losses though.

Re: Kings @ Mavericks
The loss is completely and utterly 100% on Smart again. For some reason, he just doesn't understand that he can NOT continue to play ALL 5 bench players at ONCE. I don't think I've ever seen an NBA team work like that before. Just bring in MT23 and TRob sooner (3 minutes before the 1st or so), or switch it up depending on the matchup. I'm stck and tired of him playing the ENTIRE starting lineup for the first Q and then bringing in the entire bench all at once. Sick of it.

Even before he played in the nba people already said something about his mental issues.. He should have been motivated then... It's really up to him if he wants to take it to the next level.. But as of right now, i agree that this kid has mental issues and weak...

Another bad loss. No Dirk or Marion & we still can't compete? Cousins continues his bad behavior & will be suspended/fined for that OJ Mayo cheap shot. When our "franchise" player continues acting like he does his days are numbered here.

Re: Kings @ Mavericks
Smart plans to tinker with the second unit by keeping a player that commands attention (Evans or Cousins) in with the backups.

Guess it took Smart twenty games to figure out what we noticed after one. Hopefully this will help with our terrible second quarters.
I'd like to see one of our little guards traded soon, this every other game/half nonsense is killing Jimmer and Isaiah's development. Kinda sucks because they are all fairly cheap to keep around but we are going to end up with 3 guards who are only playing at 1/3 of their potential.

Cuz need to cut all that crap out man.
Everytime it's not his fault, everytime he's a saint. cmon, man the hell up man - you say it's your team and your franchise, so play and more importantly ACT accordingly.
I'm tired of making excuses for him, although there's time they are just.
