He needs to play in a good team, with a system and some clear leaders.. In Toronto he has been asked to be the main player, which he can't be, and he has been affected big time by the losing culture. He is a follower, I've been saying it for ages.. He needs somebody like Garnett to motivate him.. If he has to lead the guys he fails miserably, and he becomes disengaged

Interesting, because the Italian contingent on this board was convinced that Bosh was the cause of all of Bargs, and the team's, ills when he was here.
For 5 years all we heard was how much better off Bargs would be without Bosh and the Raptors would be running a beautiful free flowing offense with good defence too.
Now the problem is that Bargs has **** teammates?
