McGee dominated the first half and finished with a season-high 20 points off the bench, helping Denver (10-10) win for 13th time in its last 16 games against the Pacers and for the seventh time in the last nine games in Indy.

He almost ended Ty Lawson's season though...see when he falls

Do a mashup with that McGee blocked shot that made it to the owner's box

The best part of that play is the behind the back dribble. Looking like The Answer in his prime. Then he stumbles and throws it into the parking lot. LOL.

Following Ibaka's physical altercation with Metta World Peace in Friday night's Thunder win over the Los Angeles Lakers, Jackson posted on his verified account: "Somebody tell serg Abaka. He aint bout dis life. Next time he run up on me im goin in his mouth. That's a promise. He doin 2 much."

Well, in fairness, we took Mike Pence off their hands. Taking back Mahinmi is the least they can do.

Guess it could be interpreted both ways. Jackson is such a thug.

Captain Jack is not one to mess with.

Stephen Jackson shares his thought process from parking lot before Club Rio shootout

I've been in too many club fights not to know what's going on. I'm not going to get hit from behind, stomped out and just be laying there. So all of a sudden all these cars pull up and I let off a couple warning shots, like telling everyone to back up.

After that had happened, dude had jumped in his car and planned on trying to kill me. He hit me with his car. He drove straight into me and I flipped up in the air and landed face-first on the ground and knocked all my teeth out.

I hopped right up and lit his whole car up. I didn't think twice because I'm figuring he tried to smoke Jamaal.

Makes me wonder a bit about the bond between MWP and Jackson, because I don't see a whole lot here to make Capt. Jack go off. Could be since they handled business at Detroit in a way I actually understood, they're really close.

I think Jackson's way out of line on this one. In this case, Ibaka didn't have to contest the board so hard, but the Thunder were trying to send a message and rout the Lakers as badly as they could. MWP doesn't need Jackson's help. For the most part MWP is an instigator. Last season he practically decapitated Harden when the Lakers lost to the Thunder. Ibaka has to remember that. I think Stephen Jackson should not have reacted at all to this.
Bye bye Beal.

Dray is killin' it against the Knicks in the 1st quarter. was 6-7 from the field with 12 pts. He's definitely playing a much more economical game this yr. I've been on the record saying we shouldn't have amnestied him (especially since it didn't have any cap benefit), but he would've had a longer leash here, and it could've gotten ugly if it didn't work out.

It also helps that he's playing C, with a forceful pg he respects, and with a forceful coach that he respects. That and the fact that it's not the Wizards.

Also, the Lakers woes keep on piling up.

losing streak themselves.

It is due to the horrifically bad shooting of Joe Johnson, Gerald Wallace, and Deron Williams along with Avery Johnson's coaching. Coach Johnson loves to use Jerry Stackhouse for long stretches of games. It boggles the mind.

Andray Blatche has been on a tear. Right now he has the highest PER, highest WS/48, and he is scoring the same as Brook Lopez on fewer FGAs per-36 minutes, while also rebounding significantly better,

Blatche's PER of 24.6 is currently #7 in the NBA. He is #6 in offensive rebound percentage.
http://www.basketball-reference.com/pla ... can01.html

Blatche is averaging, per-36 minutes, 20.6 points, 11.2 rebounds, 1.9 assists, 1.7 steals, 1.0 blocks on .492 eFG, and he is making a living at the FT line. Every time I have watched Blatche play he looked like and all star. The Nets losing is not on him. His last six games have been starts and he has shot .550 FG%.

Agreed that the Nets losing is not on Blatche...but I think you underestimate Lopez's role/contribution to the Nets success.

No, they're missing him. I think they should have won a couple of the games they've lost. Avery Johnson is foolish IMO to not play Marshon Brooks a lot more and Jerry Stackhouse practically not at all.

DeMarcus Cousins has been suspended one game without pay for "striking" Dallas Mavericks guard O.J. Mayo in the groin area, the NBA announced on Wednesday.

Cousins will serve his suspension Wednesday night when the Sacramento Kings visit the Milwaukee Bucks.

Lovely.

More proof this guy is a cancer. Any team that trades for this guy (because it's pretty much a done deal that Sac trades him sooner or later) better be willing to deal with the baggage that comes with this guy.

Even I'm not too thrilled about Seraphin for Cousins right now. Might want to wait a bit because the market price for Cousins is plummeting. He is a great buy-low if you choose to buy at all candidate.

A dream scenario would involve Okafor and a pick (not this year's draft) for Cousins and Salmon's or Garcia's deal.

Or something like Vesely and future picks for Boogie Cousins.
Bye bye Beal.
