When are we going to get a monster D-Will game? Are we ever going to get it? Man, if he could just return to form, we'd be SO dangerous.

Well, he exploded on OKC but he hasn't made a statement game with a win. Last good game he had was Nov 26th against the Knicks.

I like him. Reminds me of Bosh as a rookie, the Raptors need to build around him and Jonas. The Raptors could really build something if they could Derrick Williams and Pekovic from Minny. Perfect fit next to those two bigs.

Casey makes Avery look like Doc Rivers.

Barely. I'm happy we did but I'm still skeptical we'll get on a roll.

I can't believe we are still Top 4 in the East lol

The Good:

-JJ played well. picked his spots, hit the wide open 3's, go in that nice 10-12 foot range alot, and passed the ball out of his iso's when needed instead of ball stopping completely.

-CJ watson bounced back from his coma.

-We responded in the second half, like we should have.

The Bad:

-Dwill with an all around poor performance. worse than that, he played with no intensity.

-Interior defense was non exsistant

-Interior offense was non exsistant

The Ugly:

-Brooks and Blatche. turnovers, heroball, bad shots, invisible defense.

-turnovers. ugh. horrible inexcusably bad turnovers. super lazy passing.

at least we got the W. had we not we'd be on life support with the sky falling. if we get a win against detroit hading into the bulls game, if lopez is back we can really get back on track

So I take it that Dwill's unimpressive stat line was indicative of how he played. When is he going to wake back up. I really thought the Knicks game would get him going again, but I guess not.

I stopped watching this game to end the 1st. I was getting so heated at their lethargic effort against a hungrier Toronto team.

I checked the box score and was shocked to see C.J. get 24 minutes to go along with 16 points off the bench. That is what I expected and had me so geek'd when they picked him up in the off season. Hopefully, he can keep it going.

Since I didn't watch the rest of the game, I'm not sure who was committing turnovers, but I would love to seem them get this number to a minimum per game. Glad they won.
OKC Thunder fan, too.

TBH, the effort was kind of gross, the attention to detail and such, especially the fisrt half, but I never felt like we were going to lose.

And the final score doesn't reflect the second half or really the win. We were up 11 with like 3 minutes left and just mailed in the end. It got fake hustle nervous for a second, but the game to me was never really in question.

But yeah the game was very blah and un-enjoyable and still frustrating.

Completely agree with Jeff, totally unsatisfying win, was a game I wouldn't have cared if I missed with hindsight and probably will get deleted off my DVR without even thought of a re-watch.

If someone asked me to describe this game in one word?

"Uninspiring..."

Which is sad considering how bad we've been during the 5 game losing streak.

We got up for the Knicks and nearly mailed it in against an undermanned Raptors team. I know it's a back-to-back but Toronto is like a 1hr flight. There's no excuse.

It was a boring and nauseating game to watch...w/out a doubt the Nets are at a crossroad, we'll see what happens when Brook comes back...
