Worth trading for Griffin?

Post#1 » by The Houston » Wed Dec 12, 2012 5:47 pm

Is it worth trading for Griffin or should I just stick with the team I have now? I was thinking of making the trade since I have CP3 on my team. This would be a double threat type of thing with schedule and points. Boozer is producing for me in PF but I want that double threat type of thing. Should I do it? If so who should I trade? Any feedback is welcome.
My Team:
PG Chris Paul, LAC PG
SG DeMar DeRozan, Tor SG, SF
SF LeBron James, Mia SF, PF
PF Carlos Boozer, Chi PF
C Chris Kaman, Dal C DTD
G Ty Lawson, Den PG, SG
F Chandler Parsons, Hou SF
UTIL Thaddeus Young, Phi SF, PF
Bench Eric Gordon*, Nor SG O
Bench Jeremy Lin, Hou PG DTD
Bench J.J. Redick, Orl SG

H2H Points, 12 teams, All Cats

How the hell do you have CP3 and LeBron in a 12 team league?

I'd assume he traded studs like zbo/varejao for one of them who was lacking in boards and stacked at assist?

No.

Also it's kind of in bad taste to ask other people to manage your roster. At least give some feedback on the ideas/players you were thinking of offering.

If you're giving up the 2 for 1 you need to offer a deal where, upon first glance, it looks like he's getting more value, but on second glance, he's actually not, because having = or slightly < value in 1 player is actually a lot more valuable than having it wrapped up in two.

You can offer it as a starter, but I wouldn't get your hopes up. Boozer has been hated for years. No one wants that dude. DeRozan is hated and loved, I feel hated more than he's loved.

There really are no obvious trades for you imo. James/Paul means you're good to go. Just look for small upgrades. No need for a home run; you'll make your team barren in the process.
