The Shot Clock Countdown Kid

Ok seriously, enough is enough with this kid counting down the shot clock at the top of his lungs after 10 seconds.

Somebody do something! Lol it's really making me cringe....

Anyone know who the bug eyed indian kid is that sits press row, i don't think he ever misses a game.

If Derozans girlfriend is the girl I think it is, its definetly not her. If not, then I dont know its a possibility I guess, but why would a players girlfriend be screaming at the top of her lungs?

Hey guys I thought it was Kid Raptor and I tweeted his father and he told me it is his son that does those stupid countdowns we should all just tweet his dad to stop doing that...if you don't believe me just look up my twitter, @22Haytham22...

TBH i think countdown can be useful to the players, but it gets annoying when you start at 10-14 seconds. save it for 5.

Yup agree 100%. I dont have a problem with shotclock kid as long as he/she starts later. As a player, imagine being mugged with the shot clock dying down. Your focusing on trying to get a quality shot with a player in your face, its really distracting and super easy to lose track of how much time you have left.

I know it can be annoying, but instead of bashing shot clock kid, you should be giving him/her props. When Im at the game, sometimes I feel like shouting out the time when I feel like the players are being put under pressure with a dying shot clock and cant concentrate on the time under duress, but I dont have the balls to scream out loud and look like an idiot so props to the kid.

It is NOT Derozan's GF. Watched her when the Raps were on her side of the court during the 3rd and 4th.

It's easily the kid posted about above. **** is annoying, lol.

lol that guy in turban is Superfan, he has been in pretty much every raptors game. Sometimes even away games too and has personal relations with VC

It's annoying and unnecessary. These are pros, most of them know how to glance at the clock without it distracting their play. It's more of just not being able to get a shot off as opposed to not knowing how much time is left.

It's not some kid. I was watching for it as well, it's definitely the girl sitting beside Superfan who is counting down. I found it irritating, she totally got in my head.

I've only noticed someone counting down the shotclock once in a while, doesn't bother me.

You'll start to notice it a lot more now. I was thinking actually of creating this thread. My wife pointed it out to me a couple weeks back and ever since it's all I hear during Raptors possessions. I hope someone at the game tells her to STFU already. :vent:
