My favourites this year involved small guys with stopping power. I'm loving the 135ers and 145ers more than I think I do.

Yes. Not fight of the year material perhaps, but McCall/Johnson 1 was awesome stuff. Obviously made weird by the incompetence of judges.

That was an embarrassing moment. Poor Ian McCall too... he arguably won that fight.

It was so close. Sherdog had it McCall, Johnson, Draw, iirc. But scored as a fight, McCall won easily. Johnson broke.

KZ vs Poirier was my favourite fight this year, but I think GSP vs Condit deserves to be on the short list.

i cant believe so many people have not watched this fight. a bunch of them even on sherdog :o
if there was a way to upload the video somewhere, i would do it just because i liked this fight so much.

many say kz is now over-rated and over-hyped. however, when i watch poirier's past fights and see how kz dominated him (no disrect to poirier as he was in it until the end), i can only say kz is a great fighter.
