Keeper league. I have him and picked him off waivers a couple of weeks ago.
What should I do based on today's news that he is going to start ramping up activity even though it was vague?
1)Keep and stash
2) Waive him
3) try to trade him.

Keep him. Maybe trade in the future if you don't trust his health, but no point in trading him when he's hurt.

Bynum is incredibly frustrating to own, but if it's a keeper league it really doesn't make sense to cut him loose unless you only care about this year.

Re: Andrew Bynum
K well I wasn't 100% sure I was going to keep him since I did get him off waivers.
Here is my team.
C Dwight, Bynum, Pek
PF Zbo, the Brow, Drummond
SF Gay, Kwahi
SG JR smit, JJ Redick
PG Lillard , Wall
For sure I am going to keep Dwight, Gay, Brow and Lillard.
Fifth spot is between Wall, Bynum, Zbo. Hell I even put Pek in consideration if he keeps up what he is doing for the rest of the season.
So how to move forward?
I got two guys injured who might not play the full season (Wall and Bynum) and I might not be able to keep both.
Should I go ahead and try to get a pick and some guy for Bynum now? Or do the same for Wall?

It's December dude. Relax. You have many, many months until you pick your keepers.
You're also overvaluing your own players. What makes you think anyone wants anything to do with wall or bynum, especially if you picked him up on waivers?
If you want to consolidate some of that keeper value, you package Dwight/Gay or something like that into K Love or what have you.

Who is on waivers?
Is there anyone in your league that you can get a mid level solid player for him ?
