i can't wait to see what happens with Sacto....

i don't see Cousins as the kind of player Hennigan would want as a long term option here, but as a player, he is primed to up his value, and he's guaranteed to land you a good return if you can get him to pull his head in for a season and a half.

even if they don't deal Cousins, they're still a candidate to trade Evans. they might be keen on a 3-way with Minny.

SAC: Williams + Shved
MIN: JJ
ORL: Evans

at first i'd try to swing the deal so Orlando keeps Shved, but if that fails then i'd be prepared to let him go.

Same here. His trade value will never be lower.

Cousins was reached by USA TODAY Sports on Saturday after the announcement, but he chose not to comment. He did not take part in the team's practice today, and it's not known how long he will be out. The Kings play at home against Portland on Sunday and play at Portland on Wednesday.

The odds of the latest incident inspiring the Kings to trade Cousins are likely slim, as he is considered the centerpiece of their prolonged rebuilding effort. Yeah, I'm so intrigued by Shved that I'd consider just taking him and Williams, and hoping we could parlay Williams into something like an unprotected 1st for next season. Maybe a team like Milwaukee would consider something like that?

I'm just really not sold on Williams.
