It's Obvious, Favors and Hayward should start for the jazz and Milsap and Burks should be on the 2nd team. Randy Foye has been worse then Raja Bell was all laast year. Sit him down!
Lets give the younger guys the chance to be great ballplayers. Trade Milsap by deadline with Bell and
Watson for another power forward and a younger point guard

Foye had a bad night, but in no way can you compare him to Raj last season....
i'm all for more minutes for our future though.

I agree.. more minutes to the future.
(actually I'm more in favor of Jefferson going and Milsap staying..but that's just me)

Favors, probably, but Hayward is doing much better off the bench. He has a much bigger role as the 6th man, than being the 4th best scoring option when he starts the game.

I like the idea of Millsap and Foye leading the second unit. I think they would both do very well in that role.
And Favors next to Jefferson would be excellent, as long as Favors can hedge on the pick and roll better than Al. And If Hayward is ever going to amount to anything, he needs to do it against starters, so he makes sense there too.
I do worry about too much Millsap/Kanter defense together. I mean, they rebound well enough, but they do give up a few offensive rebounds they shouldn't. And neither can alter a shot. But that can all be avoided with a creative substitution routine to keep Kanter with Favors more often, which is also good for the future development of the two.

I think Foye should still get plenty of burn, but Hayward does need more PT. I'd give Foye's minutes to the backup PG's and let Hayward run the offense more. They need to do what they failed to do with AK during his last few years here.... put the damn ball in his hands more and let him create.
Favors needs to start, get more playing time and finish games. That's a no brainer.

Yes, Foye needs good minutes still. Especially with Mo out, we need the shooting. 24 mpg would work (2 down from his season average).
But I don't think Foye should play any point guard. He'd do well against second unit SGs. But you just can't trust him to distribute, initiate the offense, or control the pace. I'm a big fan of Watson and Tinsley for that.

I am Ok, with Hayward minutes. Favors yes. 3-4 mins more will help.

I agree. Exactly my thought.
