lmao  just too funny man
Build your team w/5 shooters using P. Pierce Form deeply bent hips and lower back arch at same time b4 rising into shot. Elbow never pointing to the ground! Good teams have an engine player that shoot volume (2000 full season) at 50 percent.Large Hands

Uh, I think we've lost enough games already that a tank job isn't necessary. At some point these players, this team and this organization needs to learn how to win. That's much more significant than having a better chance (key word) at the top pick.

They need to lose in such a pathetic fashion to force EG to be fired.

At this point I've come to conclude that it's only a matter of time or timing.
There is simply no place for EG to hide anymore.

Seraphin is regressing and I guarantee he was one of the young players Nene was talking about. He gives no effort on the boards or on the defensive side of the floor. He has no heart and maybe it's the Euro thing, where EG can't find a big with any cajones. Even on the offensive side of the floor, he's drifting furtehr and futher away. I was hoping Nene was be a positive influence on him but I think for the first time, we actually missed Booker and his ability to grab loose balls.

I've never been less excited to tank for Nerlen Noels, Cody Zeller and Alex Len. BFD.

When we went from Ok/Nene to KSera/Ves as our 4/5 combo, there was a distinct
shift in momentum says Capt Obvious.

If either of these young guys were playing at all similar to how they
played the last month of the season last year, we'd be a whole lot better off.

I took the bag w/ me last night but didn't put it on. I save it for times when it's truly
embarrassing to be a Wiz fan. They were competitive, albeit against
a fellow bottom-feeder, last night. When they're losing by 15-20+ is when I'm
more likely to break it out.

I do intend to make a poster that'll basically say Your choice Ted, Loyalty to
Wizards fans or to Ernie. You can't have both.

So you don't break it out for the MV's? Maybe you are just satisfied getting your picture in the paper and don't really have the "hunger" any more.

Seriously you have to wonder what it would take for EG to get canned. The 2011 draft coupled with the Okariza trade should be more than enough.

Actually you really don't have to wonder. Its going to take time. Time is the answer. Next mile stone is the AS break. If he passes that, not until the season is over. More likely then not, it going to be not until the season is over.

Once Wall gets back and they start to gel, I think this team has to go all in. Wall will be in year 4 next year and Nene should be healthy after a summer of resting the foot. Nene is a really nice piece to have at PF. They should try to make some noise while they have him.

Beal won't likely be ready until the following year but he can be valuable off the bench. Okafor is fine as a center if Nene is a PF. That gives you Wall, SF, SF, Nene, Okafor. That's actually not terrible to build something from if you want to make some noise now. They need a stud SF to add to that group and a SG that has at least 3 years NBA experience under their belt who can shoot out to the 3 line. It can be a temporary type player who steps in while Beal matures. If Crawford could hit the 3 ball near .370 I would say use him.

Adding Harden for Beal would have been the ticket if it was even possible. If they had Wall, Harden, SF, Nene, Okafor... you could tinker with Trevor A and Webster at SF. Thats a team that could have made some noise. And its a team that a FA SF would consider joining. As long as you have Wall, Harden and Nene, other players would come.

I think the next milestone should be the trading deadline. We need a new GM in
place with enough time before that to have an excellent grasp of the priorities
beyond just the general and glaring need for more talented, especially offensively, players.

EG has had 9 years. That is enough.

It is never too early to make the right decision.

Have you checked under Ted's desk? jk
