Gasol "diagnosed" with Plantar Fasciitis

Post#1 » by D Nice » Fri Dec 28, 2012 1:01 am

Mike Trudell ‏@LakersReporter

Lakers annouce that an MRI performed on @paugasol's right foot revealed plantar fasciitis. However, he's probable for Friday's game.
Pulled from LG. Great. :banghead:

Color me a huge skeptic as well. It's almost impossible to believe anything is wrong with this guy (Plantar Fasciitis, Tendinitis, etc) when he's looked like this for 3 consecutive seasons now.

Unreal. His trade value probably just dropped to absolute 0. Why the hell was this leaked? What the hell even sparked an MRI?

Has he had Tendinitis and Plantar Fasciitis since October, 2011?

Ugh... If Pau didn't have bad luck, he would have no luck at all. Hopefully it is minor, because this team needs to start getting time together as a whole unit.

Oh please. What about 2011? 2012? You want me to be sympathetic?

Injury after injury? You want the source of my lack of empathy? See the guy in your Avvy.

Some of you really think he's not injured and they're lying about this?

I feel bad for him. Basketball injuries suck, I understand these guys now

Hahaha Some people think he is faking and we shouldn't feel sorry for someone injured. What in Pau's personality or what have you ever heard from people that know him makes you think he is a liar? You do know he is a human being that can get hurt. I swear he puts up with a lot of unfair junk from fans just looking to rip him.

Some of you guys are taking this injury way too lightly. Plantar fasciitis is something that stays with you throughout your life. All you can do to ease the pain is to add some cushion padding to your shoes or wear this foot sleeve.

Now I know why Pau hasn't been doing anything explosive for quite a while now. This foot injury is going to be a big problem down the road if we even think about keeping him until his contract is up.

Source: Have young cousins that have plantar fasciitis and now they can not play basketball anymore or even walk pain free.

Huh? What about them. They're the distant past, and he was a completely different player. 09 and 10 are support of my POV, not a contradiction.

Good luck on getting young athletic player for Pau. Unless you want Derrick Williams.
