Cavs have inquired on Love, Aldridge and the Gasols!

Grant has tried for years to trade for a star. Not surprisingly, none is available. He tried using the No. 4 pick a couple of years ago to land Al Horford, but the Atlanta Hawks said no, so the Cavs selected Thompson.

Grant has checked on the availability of LaMarcus Aldridge and Marc Gasol. He has explored taking Pau Gasol off the Lakers’ hands. And after Kevin Love blasted the Minnesota Timberwolves organization in a recent Yahoo Sports story, Grant checked in to see if they had any interest in moving Love in a package built around Varejao. The answer was no.

Interesting article. Lloyd also mentions the much talked about Varejao to OKC deal but says neither side is really all that in love with what they would be getting in a return (of course that could all be posturing).

Never gonna happen but id jizz if we ever got marc. Id be willing to take on pau and his 19 mil contract for a couple of years though, not sure we have anything to offer LA as theyd want a decent player in his place. Would have to be a 3 way trade.

Well at least our front office is trying, I would love to somehow get Marc Gasol even though that might not happen. Get it done Chris Grant.

I'd trade pretty much anything other than Kyrie for both Gasols. I think that could be the basis of a really tough team and people would want to come and play with them.
