How about pg start looking for their own shots, keep the defense honest. Mario can create and so can Cole, and rather see that happen than them turning ball over trying set up the others. Teams know they are looking to pass, let them put up shots. That's why Knicks has the fewest turnover, they tell everybody to put the shot up. Cole and Rio are not good passers.

Tell Rio stop driving in paint so much, first make a few outside, then drive. Really other pg that plays against heat do not worry about these guys. Make the other pg play defense. Rio and Cole are decent, seem like that coach keep setting them up to fail. Look I know they are not shooting great but at least they won't be turning the ball over for fast break to other team.
Know many like coach, but he is stunning the growth of this team. Lebron needs to start looking out for himself a little better. Heat is great franchise, but he being work like a mule. No way wade should got rest first when he didn't play Friday. Thinking about I believe bosh is concern with lebron as well from that info he leaked to first and take. Everybody is out make name for themselves, and how much coach spo want to be like great Pat.? How can he get tis notoriety through Lebron. Anyway just my 2 cents.

It's all about our miss shots, we have had good opportunities and to come back lead in the third was great. Didn't like how we finished. Our system is works although we need a back up when it comes to playing big. I don't mind our team to be going into these slumps although its going to hurt lebron on his chances on another mvp.

He will not win the MVP this year. Durant has everything going for him right now: career stats, the "young hungry challenger", one of the top rankings in the NBA, and when it's all said and done probably the #1 seed through the playoffs. He'll probably get this, which is fine, I don't care, I just want our team to figure their stuff out by playoff time. Clearly we've shown we can beat the best when we feel like it. But then again, that also required a 20 pt game from Chalmers.

Q: I can't help but think that some of these issues have to do with a Ray Allen who is a step slower than he used to be. Defensively that's probably an issue. Ultimately, the Heat just didn't take care of the ball Saturday, but a lot of times the Heat are looking old, slow and injured. -- Moshe.

A: First, the Ray Allen we've seen on the road has been a different player. But it's more the bench as a whole. Save for Allen's first weeks, and perhaps Norris Cole, there hasn't been much there, which is maybe why Spoelstra decided it was time to turn to Josh Harrellson.

Q: Well, I got my wish and saw Josh Harrellson play. Now I'm sure the Heat need to make a move before the deadline. -- Chet.

A: Or sign Kenyon Martin now.

Ira is spot on. Bench has been trash. Even he's advocating signing K-Mart now.

Just watched my recording. Saw Django (excellent movie) and watched the UFC fight (great co-main and main events). That recording was a terrible end to the night. Phew. Boy, did we stink.

We got to see Jorts. We got to see why Jorts doesn't play.

Anyway, too many damn turnovers. When Ray isn't making his shots, our second unit looks like garbage. We really need Lebron to do everything, and when he's gassed like tonight, we just don't have what it takes.

I do like Wade's jumper. It looks good lately.

I'd like to see Cole taking more shots. Not the terrible layup/floater he tried tonight, but more catch and shoot stuff. He's getting too many minutes to not get used more offensively.

Ah well. On to the next one. Hopefully we can play with greater effort on the defensive end, and hopefully Ray can shake his slump. PEACE.

As I lay in bed fondling my pillow girlfriend Kelli (yes.. kelli with an I.. they're always more slutty  ), a thought occurred to me..

Maybe the only reason Spo gave Jorts significant PT was because he was showcasing him.. For a possible trade?.. But I am sleepy and this is most probably a pipe dream.. In any case.. He didn't do well.. So there goes that..

The only problem the Heat have is they let the team go on runs and fail to respond with any answer cause they have become to reliant on the 3 point shot to bail them. When those dont fall the offense stalls unless Bosh,Wade,Lebron go iso and by then the other team is on a 10-0 run. You would think the spacing would cause Lebron and Wade to attack more but they are attacking less and posting outside their rookie year Career lows in FT attempts. 3 ball has made them lose the identity that got them to the championship the past 2 years and become more Jumpshot reliant. This all doesnt matter if they win it but the road is looking tougher than past years.

We? We? You a nets fan, get the hell out of here bandwagon.

We lost end of story. Whatever the bucks can win a game or two make the playoffs and never win a ring. They only have 1 ring and will remain a 1 ring team. #Bird

Downplaying to opponents alot, we get leads and relax, which let's opposing teams rally. We need to maintain intensity for all 48 mins. Anyway, these last 2 losses shouldn't be overblown, and we've played 2 less games than NY, and we're still 1st in east, with a good record. Would be great to close the year with a good game tomorrow.

I wouldn't say it's their only problem, but it certainly is one. I get that you feed the shooters when they're hot, but you can't force-feed them. Those are the kinda nights when Dwyane and LeBron have to look for their own shot first.
Aside of that, we were also sloppy tonight. Skiles teams have always been active defensively, that's how they win their games. We committed 21 turnovers and only forced 5 ourselves. It's hard to win a basketball game when you pretty much hand the opponents 16 more possessions. The worst part is, though, that our transition defense is terrible too. Even in the big games we never stop the ball. We might run back, but we let the guy with the ball get into our paint at full speed and don't even bother slowing him down, let alone stopping him. That's fundamental basketball and something the coaching staff should have an eye on.

With that being said, it's time for us to get back on track. We've had a couple of subpar outings, we should take on a more serious approach from here on.

Did I just see someone use a hashtag on a message board? This loss really must have mentally damaged some of our fans...

Ray has been very weak in the last 11-12 games!8 ppg(39% from the field) playing badly in defence!

That's the thing, although it is still a possibility. I wouldn't mind if he gets his 4th.
