Trust me, if there is any deal involving the Magic for Cousins, Vucevic would be involved so they get a Center going back to the Kings. Thus, dream trades people coming up with will not happen as the Kings hold Cousins with a very high value. They would probably demand a trade like this:
Cousins/Salmons/Hayes for JJ/Vuc/Hedo or just Cousins/Salmons for JJ/Vuc
Cousins/Salmons/Hayes for JJ/Vuc/Hedo or just Cousins/Salmons for JJ/Vuc

I might be alone. But I'm not on the trade Vuc for Cousins bandwagon.
You are not alone. I do not want to part with Vucevic, Baby, or Nicholson from the front court. In the backcourt I do not want to see Nelson, Redick, or Moore traded
im with this

My main intrigue about DMC is the prospect of a DMC/Vuc front court. If we have to trade Vuc, I may reconsider my position, unless we can somehow bring Evans back too.

DMC is an amazing talent. He has the talent to be the best C/PF in the league. He's like a young Rasheed Wallace and just needs to find the right situation for him. That said, I'm not sure I give up Vuc or AN to get him.

Bingo. DMC just switched to Dan Fegan. Magic organization will be hesitant at best to want to have any dealings with Fegan after the Dwight debacle.

you are kind of contradicting your self. You wont give up a budding soon to be good center for what could be the best C/PF in the league?
and I believe DMC is good, but not amazing and teaming his headcase with Fegan, I would not want him near the Magic.

If DMC opts in, then I would trade for him.

He has the tools/talent to be a top 5 player. Yeah, I said it
I'm not sure if I would give up Vuc just because I'm not sure we're the right situation for him. Only Hennigan and Vaughn would know if they could handle him (or at least think they could).

2 months younger is nothing so let's just get that out of the way. Cousins potential is sky high, top 2 center in the league while I can only see Vucevic prime is being a 15/10 player.

15/10?. He is already at 10ppg and 10rebs. This month he is at 12/11. Vuc is going to get better.

Vuc will be a 15/10 guy consistently by the end of this season, his 1st as a starter. With no ego issues, head case issues, off the court issues. (yet, maybe never)

I got blasted for saying he reminds me a lot of a young Pau. That's what I see from Vuc. Probably will never be as good a shot blocker, but I see a Pau clone in a couple years

Re: Official Speculation Thread (Pt. XLIX"Reg. Season"Ed.)
Pretty much this. I would love to take a chance on Cousins in Orlando, but the price would be too dang high. I wouldn't give up Vucevic, Nicholson, Harkless, Redick, or our first rounder. The most I would offer for Cousins is Arron Afflalo, Al Harrington, Josh McRoberts, and some of the draft picks we got in the Dwight trade for DeMarcus Cousins, Chuck Hayes, and John Salmons.
I posted this on the general board in regards to trading for DeMarcus Cousins. I'm only for it if we won't give up Redick, Vucevic, Nicholson, and Harkless. Giving up Big Baby is debatable, I don't want to give him up either though, but if he is the piece they want to get it done, then do it.

I know this is a double post, but I'll deal with it. The potential with Vucevic is that he can either be a Pau Gasol or a Marc Gasol. It just depends on how we develop him.

vuc is a beast. I think he will be a better rebounding Pau Gasol

Josh Robbins @JoshuaBRobbins
A rumor out there about the Magic are interested in trading for DeMarcus Cousins. The Magic are not interested in him.

I wouldn't trade Vucevic under any circumstance. Keep the man. He can be a very special player for us.
