Divisional Round.

I'm confident we get the W on Saturday night. But that 49er front 7 on our O-Line... just makes me cringe to think what will happen to Rodgers.

Early line on the Viking game is -9.5, -350.

I'm with above. It would have been interesting to have the 49er game at home. And maybe if Justin Smith is still out the Packers can cobble something together. But I doubt it.

One wildcard would be if Kaepernick folded under pressure and made mistakes... if we got some picks or something. Young QB in the playoffs so you never know.

But Harbaugh and his staff are definitely going to protect him and give the ball to Gore and James a bunch... especially with what Peterson has done and will do on our D.

I wouldnt be too worried about our run D if we get past Minnesota. Nearly all of the long runs AP had came when he was pretty much stuffed in the backfield and made a play only he could make. Hopefully, we limit those as much as possible next week.

I wouldnt expect guys like Gore or Turner even further into the future to do much against us.

We have the best QB in the NFC playoffs so I had to say Super Bowl.

NFC is going to come down to QB play. I think Peterson runs wild against the packers in round 1, but that's just because he is so dominant. Don't think ponder or the vikings will get that many breaks... The 49ers will be starting a young QB and I dont think they will be able to control the clock. Rodgers again is the Xfactor. I Between the Redskins / Seahawks / Falcons, the packers can beat any of them. They'd be playing two of those 3 at home if they should meet. And atlanta is a dome, so not scared at all. Rodgers vs Brady in Superbowl!

I'm going to guess we win in the Super Bowl over the Patriots. I just have this feelings that Rodgers is going to go into Godgers mode.

That being said I'm not overwhelmingly confident about that. I could see us losing as early as this weekend. :P

I feel the same way but am pretty confident about it. What I'm not confident about is whether the rest of the team will meet that standard. It's football, so we could lose at any time, but I also feel that Rodgers gives us as good a chance as anybody to run the table.

Oh, I have more faith in Rodgers than probably any other player in the league to play at a high level. I have the same doubts as you, about the rest of the team stepping up... and that's why I'm not super confident about the Super Bowl win.

If you told me I had to make a bet and choose one team to make it out of the NFC I would definitely pick the Packers, and then given that it will be on a neutral field in a dome against a very down AFC I would definitely pick the Packers as the favorites right now.

But the NFL is an any given Sunday type of league and anything could happen, but I would definitely still think of us as the favorites to win it all.

Bottom line is any of the teams in the playoffs are capable of making a SB run because the league is just so close. The only team with a bad QB in the playoffs is MIN but Peterson is so all time good he nearly offsets Ponder. If I had to pick my predictions are: packers beat MIN, SF to host RGIII after they beat SEA and ATL. Pack wins NFC, play Pats or Broncos in SB. Both opponents would be all time great games as I believe it would be all about the QB's and who out duels the other.

So San Francisco is hosting Washington in the NFC Championship game but the Packers are winning the NFC, makes sense.

Sorry missed a comma in there. I meant packers will beat MIN then beat SF. Then pack will be hosting Redskins because Skins will have beaten Seattle and Atlanta to get to NFCCG.

The homer in me says we win the Superbowl. I would feel much more confident if we had the bye, the first two games will be more difficult than the 3rd. Rodgers is Godgers right now. The QB matchup will be heavily in our favor for every game, no Brees or Eli this to face year most of the QBs are making their playoff debuts.

The main difference this year is that Rodgers is playing amazing going into the playoffs. I have a feeling we will be close but somewhere along the line, our defense will ruin everything.

I think they either lose to SF in the 2nd round, or they go to the Super Bowl and have a very good shot at winning it against any of the AFC teams.

I don't see them losing to the Vikings this week, even though it might be a very tough game. And I don't see them losing to Was/Sea/Atl, even though the game might be a nail-biter.

If Justin Smith is still out for the Niners in 2 weeks, their defense is much more beatable.

I don't know but as long as we have Rodgers I think we're favored to win any game against any team. If we get past SF we'll win the SB, that's basically what it'll come down to.
