I figure i was losing in TOs and FG% every week I go out and pick up a consistent big men...now I will have an extra slot to use on fliers/stash. Kinda feeling uneasy because I'm like 8-1 in 3PT and i feel like I can't hold up in 3's now lol

Good move. In a shallow league like yours guys like Mayo are just waiting in the waiver or you could just wait for a guy to drop a guy like Mayo.
