Hi fellows!
I'm trying to land Serge Ibaka in my team, mainly because he showcases top 10 talent without burning percentages and TOs. I'm pretty sure he can sustain such production till the end of the season (he finished top 10 last year too).
I'd like to send Roy Hibbert plus sweeteners in a 2-for-1 or even 3-for-1 trade. I began with Hibbert + Dudley for Ibaka and the other guy refused, but he said 'that one was close, let's work on this'.
My team is (10-team, 9-cat roto):
PG: Paul, Curry, Conley
SG/SF: Pierce, Leonard, Dudley, Barnes
PF/C: Love, Horford, Hibbert, Anderson, Gasol Bros
The question is: which one of those trades do you like the most? Are all of them in my favour? Do you think that Hibbert and Pau Gasol will eventually raise their FG% (my worst cat)?
Deal 1: Hibbert + Dudley + Matt Barnes = Ibaka
Deal 2: Hibbert + Leonard + Dudley = Ibaka
Deal 3: Hibbert + Horford + Pierce = Ibaka + Batum
Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated!

To me, all three of your offers are borderline lowballs. If you can get him to bite on any of them, kudos to you - a steal!

You're throwing out a lot of crap and hoping he's stupid.

You seem to be the exact type of fantasy owner I can't stand. 3 mediocre players doesn't equal one good player. Unless you're in a 16 team league depth doesn't matter all that much and no one is going to trade a 2nd round level talent for 3 guys you could almost find on waivers.

Fully agreed.
I just don't get it. I feel no satisfaction even if trades like these go through, because if/when they do, all competitive integrity goes out the window. The league instantly becomes boring to me.

I wouldn't call Pierce nor Horford mediocre. Please tell me how either of them is. Same story with Barnes and Dudley - such glue guys don't grow on trees; although I do agree those two plus Hibbert don't equal Ibaka's value. I came up with those offers after he let me know he'd like to acquire Roy and some wingmen.

Your last trade isn't outrageous or unfair but unless your GM doesn't know the game or understand the value in Ibaka and Batum I don't see what anybody would give those guys up outside of top 5 players

Funny, I made a trade for both Ibaka and Batum in the same deal a month ago. Cost me Dwyane Wade and Ty Lawson.
