I have Lee on one of my teams so I will go by what I would expect in return for him.
I dont think you have the pieces to acquire Lee if the main piece your sending out is Millsap.
Lee is producing better numbers by a good margin almost across the board. He is like a top 15 player right now.
Millsap is playing with a stacked front court and is having a big down year.
If someone offered me Millsap and Sanders for Lee I would prob still turn it down

I know why u want Lee but u don't NEED him. I doubt the guy will trade him unless Paul is in the discussion. Which I would NOT do.

Try Milsap and Farried if u really want him

But you see, he was willing to trade Lee + Lou Williams for my D Wade + Faried. But I accepted the Noah+Reddick offer instead.

If I don't need Lee, then who do I need ?

Wow, toof fairy said millsap and faried? More evidence this guy is clueless. Worst proposal ever.

flux's post was right. People try to get something without giving up anything. It's getting annoying.

So if it's not Millsap + someone, mind giving me an idea who to trade for David Lee

Let's try an exercise in brainstorming.

You have David Lee. He is currently top-10 in 9-cat leagues and has been a top-15 player at least two other times.

What would it take for you to think about giving him up?

We'll go from there.

I'm thinking of a Paul George + Kenneth Faried type of a deal.

George is an interesting piece considering he is very young, improving and is in that tier of players that can give you 1.5 3PTM 1.5 SPG and 1 BPG which is insanely rare. It is def the starting point of any trade. If it were a keeper league that increases his value even more.

Faried has little to no value from my perspective. His best to qualities he brings are great reb and high FG%

BUT... rebounding is the second easiest cat to fill next to scoring and his high FG% is on low FGA which lowers the value

Did you ask the GM what he wants?

Yes, George is a good starting put. Chances are his #s drop upon Granger's return.

But look at the context of the team you're trading with. Last thing he needs is another swingman.

This is why you can't just zero in on one player and try to make a deal. Construct a framework of what you're trying to deal. Why are you dealing? What kind of balance are you trying to create with your team? How can you manipulate perception of value, to buy low and sell high, to pull off a deal, if at all?

I don't think your two teams are compatible. You can ask him and see, though.

Faried is replacement-level in an 8-teamer. I'd rather stream his spot.
