Nope. He's his mother. "He's just a boy, Smitch! He's just a little boy!"

Not like it is a perfect-good match, but it would not surprise me if Darryl Dawkins fathered both Amare and Drummond based on physical capabilities.

David Stern should order a NBA-wide gene test to determine who is related with whome

I still think Eddie Griffin R.I.P. was Wilt Chamberlain's son

Statistically speaking, 9 out of every 10 kids born between 1990 and 1997 were father by Shawn Kemp, so the odds are that yes, he is Stephenson's dad.

I don't know, even with you picking a bad picture of Kemp I can see the resemblance in all of those features. You're not supposed to be your father's twin.

Of course, I'm not saying they're related.

This thread is so wrong in so many ways.. btw is complete name is Lance Stephenson "Jr" son of Lance Stephenson "Sr"

jeez not every black guy in the NBA is a bastard, and they don't all look a like... smh

If you got jokes then go after the "King" Calvin Murphy "14 illegitimate kids by 9 women." o.o
http://www.faniq.com/blog/Athletes-With-Illegitimate-Kids-The-Comprehensive-List-Blog-17243

Nba single game assist record holder and Bucks head coach Scott Skiles apparently has at least 6 illegitimate kids!

funny stuff in there... this on Gary Payton:
"From a reader: The best part about Gary Payton is that his illegitimate kid is named "Gary Payton, Jr." so that when his wife (or whatever) had a kid, and he wanted a junior, he couldn't do it without major confusion, so he named his legitimate kid "Gary Payton II.

The child support factor will eliminate the past issue where the kids didn't know who their father was. If a hoe sleeps with a famous and rich person now days and she gets knocked up. She WILL track him down and ask for some MONEY$$#

But all those women sued Kemp for child support and got court ordered blood test to prove Kemp was the daddy and they got PAID.

I thought this was going to be about his actual family tree and that his assault case would be brought up.

jowglenn wrote:While I don't know about this case specifically, I have often assumed that some of the current players in the NBA, or college basketball, MUST be the sons of former NBA players and not know it (or at least not have it confirmed).

It only makes sense. It's only natural to think that the children of NBA players would have the greatest genetic likelihood of developing into NBA players themselves - we've seen this with Kobe Bryant, Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, Austin Rivers (lol j/k!), and some others as well. TONS at the college level.

NBA players are generally sexually profligate, travelling to many many different cities, partying hard, and **** random women left and right. There are tons of stories about NBA players with multiple illegitimate children - I can't remember who, but isn't there one guy who has like 13? Think about how many illegitimate children they might have that they don't even know about.

Any time someone brings up Wilt Chamblerlain's "slept with 10,000 women" claim, my first thought was always - I wonder if any of them had kids who grew up to be NBA players.

Think about how many NBA players don't know their father. In some segments of the US population, it's become a more and more common thing, sadly, to the point of being normal. It only makes sense to think that some of the current NBA players are the illegitimate children of former NBA players' liasons with the hundreds or thousands of women they sleep with in their lifetimes.

Even beyond that, there might be players who think they have a non-NBA-player father, who they've known their whole life... and it turns out mommy had a little fling with Dr. J back in 1982 or whatever, and the man they call "dad" got played pretty hard.

We'll never know. The only sure-fire case of this that we can even confirm happening is with LeBron James, whose father is almost certainly Delonte West.

It took a long time to get there, but it was worth it in the end.

Well, in fairness, we took Mike Pence off their hands. Taking back Mahinmi is the least they can do.
