Joel is better than both. I think Joel needs to move back to the starting lineup for the regular season.

You guys watched the Grizzlies-Clips series last year, right? KMart and Reggie Evans were insturmental in LA winning that series with their toughness, defense, and ability to keep ZBo and company off the boards. KMart always plays with energy and would definitely help us in that regard. Even the people who think he's not that good, all we'd lose by signing him would be Terrel Harris or Dex who don't play either. If he starts causing problems, he's gone. There's absolutely no risk involved.

Reggie Evans was. That's why he has a job. Kmart is washed up and an attitude problem.

Also I bet we'd cut jorts before dex.

The only reason Evans has a job and KMart doesn't is because Kmart has a supposed attitude issue. They both proved they can still play last year. We can absorb a supposed bad locker room presence, like I said if he causes problems, he's gone, probably from the NBA for good. Hell, half of our '06 team was composed of supposed locker room cancers, this team can handle 1 of them.

You guys are way too loyal to Haslem when it's painfully obvious even his mediocre days are well behind him. The only reason Haslem starts is because the guys behind him are even worse and that is saying a lot.

Riley would be a fool not to pick up Martin. His defense, blocking ability, hustle, box out ability and rebounding ability are better than Haslem. Not to mention his first and second jumping abilities are quicker than Haslem's and Anthony's. Kenyon Martin is a far better rebounder than Chris Bosh even. His only knock is he's a knucklehead.

Right now UD is arguably THE worst starter in all of basketball regardless of position. I hate to say it because I love UD but he's a terrible player at this stage. I still can't believe people are arguing against potentially signing an obvious upgrade.

Chris Birdman Andersen is Also Vet Min guy, and Dalembert might be on the trading block.

Come on, that's what they're suposed to say. do you epect them to admit "yea we're desperately looking for any decent bigman around?" you can't do that. but i'll bet Pat is looking everywhere he can.

"We are always very diligent in looking for ways to improve this team. Having said that, we have enough."

Those are Pat's words. He'll get someone and it won't take long, u can bet on that.

They cut Harris so I think it will be a one-on-one replacement not a trade

You're not a GM, Rex. Neither do you.

How many RGMers said Joe Johnson was untradeable? Gilbert Arenas? Amare? There are takers for rotation guys. If you don't think so, then by all means, take your time and explain. Haslem makes all of $4M. I believe that's below the mean salary. That's great, as far as "bad contracts" go. It's not like he's Luke Walton or anything. His dropoff PER36 hasn't been significant enough to really claim his contract is bad. We signed him knowing his career numbers. PEACE.

You know what? Kenyon Martin is playing as much NBA ball as I am this season. This must be the first sports league where guys capable of playing regular minutes sit at home collecting dust. SMH. Maybe...just maybe, he's worse than the bigs we do have. We have Jorts sitting in a suit instead of signing KMart. PEACE.

I got excited when i heard harris got cut, but another angle.....we cut him so we dont have to pay him a guaranteed contract. We might sign him again to a 10 day contract like we did gladness. This probably wasnt for a roster spot.....yes we got excited for nothing.

There's a reason why we're loyal to Haslem - we owe him, a lot. We are still in debt to him. The guy has given us home town discounts of up to 50% or higher just to stay here, many teams have offered him much more and he stuck with his heart to stay here. Even though he might be useless now, we still owe him. He's contributed a lot in the past and we paid him a fraction of his market value. I wish we didn't get too attached with Haslem and just let business be business but the relationship got far too deep , so we are stuck with him. So I completely understand why Riley does not want to trade him.

Remember Wade asked Bosh and Lebron to take pay cuts just to keep Haslem. And Haslem is Wade's brother. He's not going anywhere so there's nothing we can do about it.
